The Worst dental insurance company ever, I had bad swelling in one of my front teeth and have a lots of pain and it gave me bad headache and I have some calculus that need to be removed , so I went to my dentist to fix that , they said I needed to do deep cleaning and one root canal to the front teeth before it gets Worst, and he told me that they have to send the bill and the x ray of my teeth to the liberty insurance first , it takes about 2 days to get approved to start working on my teeth), my plan should cover that root canal and crown listed on my plan but the insurance Denied it !! they said based on the x ray your teeth is good and no need to do anything !!! my empoyer told me to call them back , so I did call the liberty again and they said we haven't Received any x ray to determine if you need to do the work on your teeth or not!!! , I took to my dentist and i told him to send the x ray again to get approves after 3 weeks of waiting and calling them then they said there's nothing we can do to help your teeth helth !!!! I'm not doctor and if I don't fix that i will have bigger problems how come if cavities in the teeth doesn't need to be removed and it doesn't affect in the teeth helth ! I'm done with liberty, thanks for the Worst service i ever seen . And the app it doesn't work
