If I am recalling correctly, the thought process was- 1) Need a 1 cost page to draw one w/out energy 2)The dice, while random, are decent when boosted in terms of how many you get for a 1 cost page 3)The dodge could save me a stagger in theory

It gets boosted by Axe, it's pretty cheap (1 Light), has good dice for its cost, and it also draws an extra page on use.
