That, however, does not concern Hod, since no matter who her enemies are - yakuzas, insane maniacs, people in full-plate armor, androids without flesh and bones, walking skeletons or cosmic deities - she will make sure that they will die the most slow and agonizing death possible, and will do so while playing a new, fun and interactive version of "stop hitting yourself" game.
they cant bleed out or die ONLY in the WARP train... and also according to elena when she send all of them to the library she didnt expect them to return(she expect them to die)
Question is, did the library change to fit the guest, or did it actually bring them to the train during the fight? I wish they would explain that (like the abnormality fights, is that just the library changing, or is it bringing you there?
@@michaellatner975 whenever we fight the Abnormality, we are actually entering their book, but I think when we fight "important" guests with some kind of severe trauma and/or a strong presence, the library changes to fit them.
I can see why Bleed got nerfed. Now it's: Bleed: For the Scene, take X damage and subtract one third of the Bleed stack every time the character rolls an Offensive die. (Rounded up)
Okay then, I guess we could theoretically beat a full health Shi association. I am scared how much health Project Moon is going to have to give the next Philip fight a chance to be scary.....
Essentially all 4 librarians were running bleed builds, combined with an abnormality page that doubles the amount of bleed applied which was gotten in the first act. In the 2nd act all 4 librarians ignore the minor enemies in order to apply as much bleed as possible. The result of this is 62 stacks of bleed being applied, and 123 damage being done. On the next turn the bleed applies 62 damage per attack (because of the 62 bleed stacks) killing tomerry.
now with the new and 100% extremely balanced full light regen at the start of each act, its even easier for a haha funny singular strike build to instakill tomerry
