The idea that minors or even 18 year old's are getting hysterectomies is so laughable. I had a uterus biopsy at 24 and told I had pre-cancerous cells. They refused to give me a hysterectomy despite having a history of cervical cancer in my family.
@C00ki3Rim my grandma, both my aunts, and my mother have had hysterectomies preformed. I understand what you mean, but I’ve been told I have to develop cancer before they will give me one. However, that wasn’t the point of my comment. The point is conservatives seem to think young trans men have access to hysterectomies when doctors refuse to give a hysterectomy to a person who could medically benefit from one.
I have endometriosis, it runs in my family. My adult, married cousin had to FIGHT for a hysterectomy. The doctor kept refusing because “what if you wanted to have kids?” She didn’t. She was in so much pain daily and couldn’t function. She’d already had a laparoscopy and it didn’t help. And had to fight for a hysterectomy.
I had to make 3 doctor visits to get an ingrown toenail surgically removed. Every time someone acts like surgeries are being casually handed out to anyone, especially minors, I know they have departed from reality.
The fact that she showed up with a shirt with the face of the interviewer on it shows that bullying is the point. She just wants to hurt others, cruelty is the goal for these ppl
Yup. Chaya's a troll reveling in her privileged ability to hurt others with her dishonest hypocrisy while remaining untouched by it herself. Very "let them eat cake", if that apocryphal phrase were uttered with knowing maliciousness instead of the benign ignorance to which is usually attributed.
@@wisdomcoffee lol, no it was a meme going around while Clinton creeps were labeling pro Bernie sentiment as nothing more than Russian bots. "Everyone I Disagree With is a Russian Bot"
im realizing that Chaya is thinking she's there to debate Taylor, while Taylor is just asking a series of questions and Chaya is debating her own points lmao
Even IF you genuinely believed that children transitioning was a real thing that matters, it still wouldn’t even be in the top 100 issues affecting the lives of American children. There are kids going hungry RIGHT NOW! *Anything* to not talk about class issues though, right?
Yep. Unless it's an icky "moral" issue that they can generate base, right-brained disgust about, they don't care about problems. Problems like the housing crisis and stagnant wages - those aren't problems, they're just features of life, which is supposed to be hard unless you're rich, which is the only morally acceptable way to escape suffering.
Plus, y'know, the whole thing where Chaya and her goons aren't doctors. There's decades of medical literature and research on established protocols. None of this is new. Fascists pretend it is because they only just deigned to notice that trans people exist. Notice, too, how the anti-trans moral panic arose more-or-less exactly when right-wing fearmongers lost the ability to scare their flocks into parting with cash with predictions of doom resulting from same-sex marriages. I'm sure that's coincidental.
they have to make shit up to make us look bad so that they can say we don't deserve to exist. The video about daily wire inciting violence explains this really well. the part that really pisses me off is when I meet transphobic ppl and send them a laundry list of facts that prove them wrong and they just don't want to change their stance because their transphobic. Stay strong sister.
I love when you ask a socialist about policy we can actually clap back but when you ask a conservative on the specifics of the legislations they are pushing for they come off as the most schitzo person in the room
I will say that half the time, most conservative pundits are able to dress it up better than this, though. As Hasan said, a lot of these questions are ones that Matt Walsh could answer point-blank. It'd be logically unsound and bloodthirsty, but he'd at least be able to state an opinion that's somewhat coherent. She's so dumb that she can't even sidestep or answer a question in bad faith, she just states the same thing over and over again.
@@blackwatertv7018you get a couple of particularly malicious ones that start squawking things like “no abortion!” “No lgbtq!” And that ends up their “policy”. It’s so dumb I hate it
I hate when conservatives have fun names to say over and over again. I could say Chaya Raichik over and over again for an hour without getting bored. She deserves a boring name like Jane Austin. This comment is my petition for Jane Austin and Chaya Raichik to switch names. Jane deserves a better name.
Also, with that name she has even LESS of an excuse than your average zionist to be pronouncing it KCHamas...she knows the difference between _ha_ and _cha/kha_ very well considering her name *actually* starts with that sound 😆
I've heard people call what Chaya's doing "Good Boy/Bad Boy politics," as in, "Everyone I agree with is Good and everything they do is Good, even if someone I disagree with is Bad for doing those same things." It's a terminally unserious viewpoint and should be written off instantaneously by any functional adult that hears it.
She's also a zionist and that's how they think, too. Israel makes friends with western antisemites that support Israel, she makes friends with Christian nationalists who think she's an immoral heretic.
Trans woman here I tried every way possible to get literaly just estrogen before 18 and couldn’t without parents consent. It’s now been 5 years since I began my medical transition and my parents are still expecting me to “regret” it (albeit late it’s been 5 years and I’ve been CLEARLY 10x happier). Through I agree with the general 18+ restriction on the surgery side, I unequivocally think trans kids should have access to hormonal medical care without their parent’s involvement. If that were the case, I wouldn’t have to deal with my thin hips and dropped voice, and id have a more conventionally feminine face.
@@classycolas idk what best medical practice you mean. I am a medical practitioner and there's sirens that go off in my head when kids are making unsupervised medical decisions. They're not very good at making any decisions
@@Lubricated1 agreed, which is why I’m advocating for doctors, adult physicians, to be the determining factor and not parents that are, quite frankly, even worse at making decisions than children
I looked up the swedish trans study chaya was talking about, and it was published in 2011 and covered statistics from 1973-2003. Like yeah no shit trans people were more suicidal before 2000. The media literacy is strong with this one.
It's the white, arrogant while being deeply insecure and having no rizz cadence. Like whenever they talk, you can tell they're suffering deep in their souls 😂
Can’t help but think that Chaya is trying to be “like Pearl” (in quotes bc I’m sure Pearl is also playing a character) because Pearl’s persona has proven to be incredibly lucrative.
“You can’t change your gender” absolutely correct, trust me I tried since the age of 3, then I realized the best bet was to change my body since my mind is who I am.
"Everybody posting on social media is just trying to go viral" is the most no-friend-having comment ever. Everything I post is to communicate with my friends.
Its crazy to think someone could have a take like that. 99% of teens are making a social account just to communicate with their friends and send reels, tiktoks, memes, videos, etc. Not everyone is out there trying to be famous lol
Yeah it's really betraying a lot when she assumes everyone wants to go viral when the vast majority of people fear that happening to them. Going viral is usually bad for people! That's why Chaya tries to force it on the people she hates.
Communicating with friends or participating in a community of some sort. Like nobody posting on old style forums or hobby reddits is doing it to get big.
Funnily enough, the guy who coined the term “gender” was John Money. He invented the term to push Cold War identity politics and to justify cutting off the genitals of intersex babies.
It's really wild how bad Raichik is at this shit. She really thought she could just mean girl her way through an interview with a professional journalist. After Lorenz wasn't shook by the sassy t-shirt, Raichik had nowhere else to go. I always knew homeschooled kids were trouble.
Soleil Moon-Frye, the star of the 80s sitcom Punky Brewster, got a reduction at 15 due to breast hypertrophy that was having an impact on both her physical and mental health. Chaya's remarks shows complete ignorance of the myriad of health conditions that can affect minors, particularly during puberty.
I like how she sites a boy cutting off his penis as her argument, and then goes to cite procedures for girls, and never once mentions actually cutting off a boys junk as a valid real life example being done.
Yep. Knew a girl in HS that got the reduction because of a bad back. Her stats are almost certainly included in the numbers Chaya uses, just like with Matt Walsh's lies.
Apologies in advance for text-walling. I'm a trans adult who did an essay on gender-affirming care for trans youth. I found a lot of meaningful literature on this topic, and I'm eager to get the word out so people understand the variables at play re: youth transition. This is why it's infuriating that conservatives think puberty blockers are some new black market experimental drugs. These drugs were designed to treat precocial puberty. Y'know like an 8 year old getting their period. That's too early for their body to handle biologically and it's going to ostracize them from their peers through things like atypical height gain, premature development of secondary sex characteristics... overall, experiencing puberty before most people even know thst it's something that's going to happen to them (thanks USA Sex Ed) is incredibly detrimental to their well being. The point of blockers is to pause the biological process of puberty. Puberty will resume shortly after discontinuation of the drugs. Young gender diverse people put on puberty blockers often receive them slightly later than a cis child experiencing precocial puberty, maybe in their tweens. This is another "pause"; it is not a permanent, long term solution. Puberty is often a trigger for major dysphoria in trans people, leaving them desperate for change as fast as possible. (As someone who started transitioning medically at 18, I think 16 should be the earliest a person is put on HRT.) Pausing puberty rather than pushing a pubescent child onto hormone replacement therapy is an excellent compromise, as it gives the individual time to seek counseling and talk about their options with a physician. Starting HRT after taking puberty blockers can save the individual the strife of having a "second puberty", the strange hormonal roller coaster that comes with starting HRT after the completion of the puberty of their assigned sex. As with literally any drug on the planet, there are risks and side effects. One that conservatives often go rabid for re: puberty blockers is the loss of bone density. This is typical of any medication that interferes with your hormonal regulation--consider how the shift in hormones later in the life of someone assigned female often correlates with the onset of osteoporosis. It's a simple fix with calcium supplementation and monitoring your blood work with a doctor, which is something all people on any kind of medicine have to do at some point. People have a right to receive medical care that improves their quality of life. Controversial take, I know.
She's not beating her down in the marketplace of ideas. She isn't even trying to, that's why it's so funny. She's literally doing what journalists do. Asking questions, pushing back, asking for clarification. Chaya is beating herself down, because she's that stupid. Or in other words, Taylor made Chaya beat herself down lmao For someone so uneducated in the shit that she peddles out, it's crazy that she would even consider to agree to participate in an interview.
I don't trust anyone who advocates for kids not getting sex education. Every argument they make just sounds like a mechanic not wanting me to know enough about my car to call them out on trying to take advantage of my ignorance

It's just a straight up "f you" by every measure, from behind a paper-thin veneer of obtuse online civility platform conduct.
I’m convinced that people who always pull this move were doing the “I’m not touching you” thing as children constantly and didn't have any siblings around to kick their ass for being annoying.
I love that Chaya came into this interview already fuming and uninterested in any form of dialogue, shows her true maturity level while she cries behind a keyboard online
Gotta give her credit for using the “i know you are but what am i” defense, on like every question. Proving she’s missing some screws up there to say the least
You don't get to use "I didn't say that" after you actively promote the message, and nod along with it, and tell everyone it's the truth. Being the megaphone makes you just as responsible as the speaker.
@@christophergreen6595 The funniest and most aggravating thing about this interview is just how TERRIBLE she is at hiding her bigotry. Usually conservatives will have talking points to mask their harsher beliefs (don't say "racial segregation," say "school choice"), but she's just saying dumb stuff like "no sex education!" or "no such thing as gender!" because she can't find the right words to avoid looking like a hypocrite or a loon.
It’s crazy that she hears that a hospital gives mastectomies & vaginoplasties and automatically assumes that those surgeries are all related to transgender surgeries.
I'm dumbfounded how individuals like this can devote so much time and energy to hating other people. It's kinda tragic when you think how much good they could do in the world if they put all that effort towards spreading love and acceptance instead.

Like Bennet and Fuentes, there's the innate fear in young cons that if they don't dress and act like their parents; they won't be taken seriously by their parents' ilk. "I'm in my 20's, I'm an adult now- I need to mimic other adults."
Also the majority of minors having masectomys, puberty blockers etc, which has been happening for DECADES happen because they need them. The overwhelming majority (well over 99% happen bc cis minors need this care. Stigmatising and trying to ban gender affirming care will negatively affect everyone including cis people, not that your support for gender affirming care should only be because it might affect cis people, all human beings deserve the right to be themselves

The idea that kids can just go and get hysterectomies when full grown adults are denied all the time because "they might want children later" or some other superficial reason is insane. Like, that's ridiculous.
I know a childless woman with cervical cancer who got denied a hysterectomy because they thought she'd "want to have kids later". She was in her 30s at the time. She's currently in her early 40s, still doesn't give a damn about having kids, and still saddled with a uterus that's a biological ticking time bomb. Point is, it's highly likely that the people recieving hysterectomies at age 16 or younger have severe medical conditions that require it for survival. I highly doubt it's even on the table for transitioning youths like 99.9% of the time.
@@grass7864 Yeah, that's exactly my point. My own mom had been denied a hysterectomy until after she was in her 40's. So the idea kids are just about to get one no questions asked is dumb as hell
I need anyone who was taught in highschool that Pluto is a planet to shut up about genetics and biology. either that, or sign up for a college course on it, cause so much has been discovered since they were in school that saying "it's highschool biology" is a fallacy. from what year? dumb fucking people

Conservatives genuinely believe the 1st amendment applies on private platforms. Unless it’s a liberal or leftist saying something, then it’s not free speech to them lmao
I like it when two people with vastly different ideas of what they are going to do comes together like it. One thinks they are here to do an interview and the other thinks they are having an IRL twitter debate.
Important to note that during this interview Chaya couldn't think of a single harm that comes with trans people existing in public but she tries to justify her own lies and the harm that has on random innocent people Chaya didn't want that community guideline post that called out the fact that she was wrong and she has no qualms with what she stated that was wrong in the first place. Chaya is perfectly fine with that post staying up and tries to pass off the lie as okay because it's called out. If the community post on it didn't exist would she take it down? No. She put it up in the first place without concern towards the reality of that. One other thing..... Her problem was covid restrictions. While she couldn't think of a single harm trans people bring to society, *Covid very much wrecked our society and killed many people in the US.... and she was perfectly fine with letting it kill even more people and do other kinds of permanent harm to them*
She's also trying to sue Taylor on the grounds that Chaya isn't a "public figure"... which explains her reluctance to say explicitly what she was very clearly saying about everyone else on social media, ie, she considers them 'public figures'.
I thought the same thing. I've never even heard of her. She's like the Kim Kardashian of right-wing wine moms. Suddenly famous for no reason and just sort of there now.
Because she got a rise out of people and right wing freaks are scavengers. Right wingers are very good at temporary solidarity. Eventually her Jewishness will be an issue if she gets what she wants.
