I had an incident decades ago. I worked in a nursing home and was sexually harassed by a male coworker who happened to be black. The owners and my other coworkers knew that my husband and child were black but yet when I expressed what had happened and made a report the owner said they could not fire or reprimanded the employee because he was black. If people are educated, they might end up believing any number of things, but if they've genuinely received a solid understanding of the world around them, they'll always be able to tell that American Conservatism is utter nonsense. I would argue that it has nothing to do with Christianity, if by Christianity you mean what Christ preached in the Gospels. Every Republican policy is the literal opposite of what Christ said to do.
