👌 Jet washing and full chemical cleaning to an extremely dirty concrete flagstone patio. Plenty of dirt, algae and lichen, all cleaned POV style. Lichen can be difficult to remove, but a good pressure washer and some chemical can see a dramatic improvement.

⭐️ This dirty patio had recently been re-pointed with a resin compound. In order to avoid potential damage (its not that hard compared to sand/cement) a gentle clean is best followed by some chemical (sodium hypochlorite). Surface dirt and algae is removed with the pressure washer before applying chemical.This patio had a lot of black spot lichen which is best treated after cleaning to ensure the chemical attacks the lichen spores rather than dirt.
