I pray 🙏🏽 that more companies understand how valuable neurodivergent & other people with so called “disabilities” can be to the workforce! We all have talents, abilities, & gifts we can bring to any setting. Especially, the workforce. They need opportunities & we need to make sure they get them. We need to accommodate them so they can shine ✨I also🙏🏽 pray that Rebecca decides to never leave Ali’s side 😇🫂😇. I see them as sisters not just best friends.

Ali is living a beautiful life! She’s one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen! Not only with working two jobs but in her everyday life. Her parents have done a wonderful job since day one and you can just feel the love and also the worry they have for their daughter knowing they won’t be around forever. Ali’s roommate is also truly amazing! I know having those tough conversations can be so hard but having someone who cares so much about Ali working alongside her parents, I mean nothing can get better than that!
So Ali, like Zach, is another alumni at #westerncarolinauniversity . [I bet your mothers get on hard on you too!]. And, yes, #earlychildeducation does need that #positivity and #confidence . #wheretheyshinebest .
@@alihale1212 Thank you for opening it up. How is #lifeaftercollege for you right now? The 21st of March now seems like yesterday. #rubysrainbow Since late May there has been a debate about #section14c in the #fairlaboract and I have had the opportunity and privilege to read and think about comments that you and your peers have made.
