I remember using a CN diesel and accidentally uncoupled the rolling stock behind it, allowing the engines to go too fast! For some reason, they don’t allow you to walk across the gap between diesels when the train goes over 40 MPH.
If you wanna see your damage when you derail when it shows the scenario failure quickly hit your pause menu then quickly hit save game then go to the main home page and hit the last save then wait for it to load then boom your train is derailed (bell may automatically be activated)
For the recreating of disasters series; you could try to do the Halifax Explosion, where SS Mont-Blanc collided with the SS Imo in the waters of Halifax. The SS Mont-Blanc was carrying laden with explosives, therefore, they caught fire and exploded. This resulted in not only the death of the men onboard, but also the destruction of nearby buildings, the flying debris also killed or injured people, aswell as collapsing buildings.
