Just watched. I think that was officially your longest episode, Jake. But it went by very quickly. I loved how the emphasis was almost more on mental toughness than anything else. Good stuff! Jessie- thanks for sharing your journey!

Definitely the longest episode, but it felt wrong cutting out any of the conversation. I loved her insight and I thought that all of the info was organic and useful!
