Hi Dr, thanks so much for you're content I've only found u recently. I've started prp for female pattern hairloss all over thinning (I'm 35, have PCO, but don't have many of the pco symptoms - do I'm not overweight, don't have acne, I have ten periods a yr), and in the last yr hair thinning has been really bad so I've started prp. Had one session only so far and the hair fall is shocking. Honestly chunks are falling out. I'm so scared it'll be permanent. How often does this work for pco pts? Can this be permanent? Can I be left worse off? I do everything else I can to look after my hair, and I've had a blood test (not by the hair clinic) and everything came back ok. I know I may have to keep this up every 6 months long term, which if it works I'm happy to do. I'm just really disheartened by the chunks, and I duno if I've made the right decision. Had a terrible day , any advice would be appreciated

I think if he would have shaved it a few days earlier, he would have grown to love it. It takes a couple days to adjust to any new do.

When I need a transplant, I’d rather use my whole saving on Dr Linkov than go to turkey, he knows what he’s talking about, I can’t risk it with some Docs in turkey just to save some coins

Doctor i have a question i hope You can help me out, i'm about to turn 25, when i was 18 i grew My hair really long, but due to poor care i suffered massive fungus that Made much of My hair fall off to the point where My scalp statrted to become visible, and the hair on My gront área has good coverage but it's less dense. I started getting Buzzcuts and i realized My head is full of little bald spots, My temples grew a bit according to My age but My hair líne is solid, just full of little holes... I started using Minoxidil but i don't know if this Will fix it or i should take Biotin or other medication. What would be the Best route? There is no baldness in My family at all, but some of My uncles and My dad do have a kinda High (but strong) hairline and no crown baldness

I mean, obviously his surgery was exactly like someone who has been confined to a wheelchair suddenly being able to walk after surgery, or someone who has been deaf all their life suddenly being able to hear after cochlear implants, right?

The procedure is horrid for those interested. Carved like a Thanksgiving turkey for vanity. For those bald out there, think very carefully. This is 'major surgery'. We didn't see the end result either.
