"The heavens declare the glory of God..."
Thus begins Psalm 19, one of David's most compelling works. The song is divided into three parts. First, it directs our hearts to look up at the glory of God and His creation, seeing His fingerprints everywhere. The next section urges us to consider God's written word and the specific revelations about Himself and how we should live. The final part encourages us to ask important questions of ourselves and ultimately ask God to examine our hearts.
As a brief break between two major series, we intentionally step into Psalm 19 to remind ourselves that our God is speaking. The question isn't whether He is speaking, but whether we are listening.
