This isn't some trend for tweens...this is a trend that will level up your life. I can't encourage more people to get onto this system if you want more productivity, goal smashing, mind clarity, effective operation and use of time and more.
I've now gotten my mum, brother, boyfriend and sister onto this journal and they are already loving the effects after a few days/weeks.
Do you use the bullet journal? Let me know in the comments below!
Also...if you're reading this, write in the comments - "It's only 3 seconds when you are at a face off with a grizzly" (no idea what that means and it's great.)

Oh my gosh. I looove my bullet journal. I am on my 6th bullet journal. Bullet journaling is the best organisational tool in the word. The battery never goes flat, just the act of physically writing things down helps you to remember them. It is so versatile. During a school term I use different types of spreads than I do during school holidays. I never have to find notes I have written on a loose piece of paper because I know that the notes are always in my bullet journal.

I love when you sit down and talk to us. This video is very beneficial and I would highly recommend bullet journaling. Sorelle mentioned your brain exploding with so much going on in it can happen. I’m in college and I had a large amount of assignments that I could not keep up with and I stressed out very bad. My grandma got me this journal a while ago and I just now started using it. It keeps me very calm and I get some many things done and sometimes even more than I could imagine. It’s great to have. It also allowed me to set time that for me to relax and take it easy because I tend to work a lot and not give myself a break.

There is something SO true about getting thoughts out of your brain and on paper. It seems silly and simple, but just writing things down helps you stress less and calm the mental chaos. Super well-done video, Sorelle! More people need this :)

It took me a couple of years to get the BuJo system to a point that it worked for me and I understood it. Now, I don’t know what I’d do without it! I love Ryder Carroll’s book, that I’m listening to on audio, and he does the narration himself and he’s fantastic! Such a great way to peek into his mind when this was created!

bullet journaling realy helps me deal with depression, alongside with meds and professional help of course but setting simple tasks and goals makes me motivated to keep doing the things that are making me feel better such as going out of bed, eating healthy and spending time in nature

I'd love to hear you expand about your minimalistic aproach to creating. We've seen it a bit with your gear, but it would be pretty cool to see it all.

I discovered you about a month ago and I have loved so much of the content you produce. When you intro'ed this video with a semi-apology for it not being photography based I wanted to jump up and reassure you that we are not all here just for the photography! I so appreciate your perspective on life and have reinforced so many of my intentions for my life. When I begin to wonder if I am insane for trying to transform my life so dramatically to the life of creativity, travel and adventure you drop another video and I am reminded that I am not! Today's video on bullet journaling has inspired me to go back to that practice with less of an eye toward perfection and beauty and more toward steering my life effectively toward my goals. Thank you! --Tracy

the bujo system is hyper flexible. you do with it as you please. you go through as much paper and space as you need and desire. they can be hyper artsy and an outlet, or like the founders, very minimal and and purely functional. for a while i had my habittrackers on the wall beside my bed to make me fill them out last thing each day. you could even bujo in a normal calendar if you have space for everything else you Also wanna put into it.

im currently working three jobs, seven days a week to save for a big trip in march! I started using the bullet journal about four months ago and its helped me get all my schedules out of my head and somewhere else - I tend to overthink a lot so I need to have it written before my head explodes aha, great video as always Sorelle

Okay, this gives me the push I need to start getting serious about it. I thought I was too busy, but I know how busy YOU are, and you find it worth the time to learn and do.. The fact that it helps you be more productive and happy is key.. It’s probably for me, as I’ve got some big goals that need consistent work, and I’ve been spinning my wheels. A huge thank-you!

The best part about bullet journaling for me is being able to track my mood - having a daily log and a mood tracker, I can look back on things that made me extremely happy or sad. Those are the things that I usually forget over a period of time so it's awesome to be able to find these things written down!! I know you're going to make your journal more artsy and creative, and I can't wait to see you do so. Go Sorelle!♡

I have been keeping a Bullet Journal for six months now, and I love it. I find its greatest strengths are in (a) keeping track of daily tasks, (b) developing good habits (e.g., floss every day, eat an orange every day), and (c) making notes about whatever interests me in a given week or month - books I read, TV I watch, advice I've found on RU-vid.

I've been bullet journaling for a year and a half. As the year winds down I realize I have still been "forgetting" things already written down in it, and not fully using it to celebrate what I've already accomplished. So, I loved your emphasis on that element, and I loved the quote!

I started a bullet journal in January 2018 and it honestly pulled me out of the biggest depression I have ever had. Lifesaver. I agree that it doesn't have to be pretty. Just offload things from your brain onto it. Get the negativity out. Ground the positive thoughts on paper. I can't recommend it enough.

I've been bullet journaling since 2017 and for me it's like I've created my own personalized planner that helps me to focus on the details to get things done but ALSO, when necessary, to pull back - pan out for an overview so that I can assess the big picture and see if I'm heading in the right direction and where I need to adjust to get where I want. I love it.

I love that you explained how using a free form or bullet journal allows you to include goals, quotes, reflections, etc that are amazing to look back on. I started using one to stay organized post-college because a traditional organizer felt too limiting. I’m hooked now after looking back on last year’s journal and realizing that I did almost every item on a wish list I wrote. I had forgotten about that list so I wasn’t actively reviewing it or trying to make those things happen but WOW did I feel accomplished and grateful when I looked back. The quote from your Oct page is great!

I just started my 5th Bullet Journal 2 weeks ago!!! I absolutely love the system and the ability to spread out over multiple pages and also the fact that I don't feel guilty if I miss a couple of days or week when travelling because there are no blank pages! It doesn't make you want to give up! It's exactly what I need it to be when I needit!!! Just too good!!

I actually have one and it helped me being super organised and efficient. To write down emotions is a really cool idea.
