Try "big day" electrolytes. might be cheaper and better (6 electrolytes instead of 3). obviously also zero sugar :) 1000mg sodium (same as LMNT) 200mg potassium (same as LMNT) 76mg magnesium (LMNT 60mg) 162mg calcium 200mg chloride 200mg phosphorus
