Life is a sorrow but to be in sorrow is not necessary. To come out of sorrows is always a choice that only humans have had. Humans is the only species that are stressed but at the same time the only species that has the choice to break free of bondages. This is the only thing that makes them different from their other companions that are present in the ecosystem and are living beings. Have you ever heard the cattle died of anxiety or depression? They also feel pain, but the only difference is they don't feel any inner restlessness that the humans experience 24*7 and hence need liberation from it. It's when we "see" that we are sorrowful we need to admit it with honesty- yes, I am restless, and the rest happens automatically- we try to find out the reasons that make us feel so. The philosophy of "Vedanta" is about negating and explaining what I am not- the reason of my sorrows. On the other hand, the movement of Natalism is all about the possibility of saving humankind on Earth.

Beings are born into this world by no choice of their own, or so we assume. We don't actually know for certain the implication of consciousness or the soul before and after human life. It is essentially a basic assumption that we build further knowledge onto, called an axiom. Without certainty regarding that, we can't reasonably assess whether or not the negatives of the human life experience are worth it. Yes, life can feel like an endurance test. But this philosophy just feels like a force of nature whispering in your ear "You sure you want to continue? It would be so easy... to let go of all this unnecessary suffering" as your try to hold on. That's why I think expressing this philosophy to other beings can be potentially very damaging. I think antinatalism is one of those things that is best to reconcile for one's self. Otherwise it's like outsourcing the struggle of suicidal contemplation and that's not fair. Fortunately I am very mentally tough, but not everyone is
