The first Life is strange game is honestly very decent with a very beautiful aesthetic . . . and the soundtrack that leaves me speechless ; until you heard the dialogues and you just want to mute before the cringe train hit's you .
Writing dialogue for teens is damned if you do damned if you don't. If you make it realistic you want to mute the game, but if it's unrealistic they're just mini adults.

I forget who said this or exactly how they worded it but on the first games ending they essentially said that, after going through all of that you get two choices, sacrifice an entire town and its people for a woman you hate. Or sacfrice a woman for a town you know nothing/couldn't care about.
To this day I still don't get why the "Life is strange" series has such a normal portrayal of life? And the powers aren't even used to make it any stranger?

What do you mean that game was bad, that game was Beans! I’ve never played a game like that before that had so much Beans. The fact that you would accuse this game of being not Beans Is utterly absurd! It’s obvious you cant smell good Beans when you see them, and appreciate the amount of Beans that the creators put into this game. You must be one of those goofy goobers with a Bean allergy. Everything from the story line to the game play is nothing but pure Beans, with every single character being thoroughly flushed out with great character arks filled with Beans. Every interaction between you and the characters is thought out and executed perfectly with just the right amount of Beans. The Beans in this Incredible game has influenced my life and changed me as a human Bean! It disappoints me when people hate on Beans just because there were a few lumpy bits in the beans broth. 1:11:40 Square Enix asked Don't Nod to make this free side game. It wasn't originally planned when development on Life is Strange 2 started. But I think Captain Spirit was quite a masterpiece in terms of foreshadowing events of Life is Strange 2 [and perhaps a few in True Colors and Double Exposure] while still telling its own narrative. The ties between Captain Spirit and Life is Strange 2 are about far more than just Chris's character.
Captain Spirit haunts me, I don’t feel like I can replay that episode but it was done SO well. And then when you see how everything comes together, it hits that much more.
Life is Cringe is probably my least favorite of major game series (since it is published by Square Enix), the series overall has multiple filler or just straight bad moments, 2 is the best but it is because your choices matter with real reason to go for them, but even still like the rest of the game along with the series tends to have very obvious political beliefs, while having cartoon level villains and political issues, if they toned it down while making the characters more likable it I would actually not have any reason to dislike it
Why was there an a 30 minute section on Goodbye Valcano High which isn’t even part of the series but only 10 minutes focused on True Colours. Not gonna lie you lost me there
I'd imagine because It's basically the same game series and I played all of true colors and I couldn't even talk about it for more then 10 minutes in good faith..
In Life is strange 1 Frank, David and Kate are the only characters I really cared for in this game. Still I didn’t fully hate the game but some lines did kill me inside and it wasn’t very satisfying.
For the first game I'm mixed on my reaction on whether or not i like how the endings work. On the good side its like how Steven Universe (love it or hate it i dont care) managed to get the first gay marriage on kids television by having it happen right before an *extremely* plot relevant moment in the diamonds showing up. So if you want the good ending to Life is Strange, you have to let the gay people be gay. On the other hand...i don't like the idea of the town's ability to be saved be predicated on whether or not some teenagers start dating, gay or otherwise. 'Cause teenage romances tend to...not last. Not only that but there's the dead horse if "chloe kinda fucking sucks."
Even though for me life is strange is the best game I've ever played and I'm a big fan of it, it's really nice and funny to watch someone with a completely different approach roasting it. Keep it up! P.S. Music from Silent Hill 2 in the background ❤ (my second favourite game)
I actually really liked episode 3 in life is strange 2. I thought that episode 3 gave you a bunch of time with Sean as a teenager and less as someone who's trying to act like a dad. And yes it did halt some progression with Daniel and sean, I thought that that was okay because it was discussed in the story about how Daniel felt like he was kind of being left behind and Sean got a moment to just have friends I think that episode 3 really let you explore Sean as a teenager and a friend and a person and less as Sean as a runawy pseudo dad. Chapter 4 was definitely the worst
The fundamental misunderstanding of Chloe’s arc was not it. The game definitely has things about it that are bad. BUT Chloe does have an arc, that’s why in the end of the game she begs you to sacrifice her. Also, max is also not a good friend. Toxic friendships are kinda just what high-school is like.
She ignored her for years after her dad died. No call or text or anything. She came back and didn't even seek her out. That's not a good friend. High school is fast and almost everyone is egotistical because they're young. Nobody looks at their high school self and thinks "oh yeah I was always a great friend"@@klickonthat5244

i remember the first time I played Life is Strange and got to the ending, I chose to save Chloe not because I liked her but just out of pure spite for all the assholes in the city who saw A GIANT FUCKING TORNADO APPROACHING AND JUST REFUSED TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

It baffles me that a game like Life is Strange relies on choices, but only has two endings; but Shadow The Hedgehog is a worse game and has over ten endings.

I liked this game it was fun but it wasn’t groundbreaking to me. The story had good potential but I didn’t care about any of the characters. And then all your choices didn’t matter at all the final kick to the shin
I will say that i also think that episode 3 sucks, and I think it's really boring, but i think episodes 4 and 5 are pretty alright, and I also liked the ending. Life Is Strange 2 is in fact the best one.
Dumbsville mangaed to wrap up how ive felt about this franchise so well like no hate to ppl who loved the games but theyve consistanly been bad😭 It's a real shame because the art direction is unique and the LIS2 didn't seem so bad at the beginning
