Rita’s voice always stood out whilst singing in the chorus Of Mad dogs n Englishmen with Joe Cocker...she had a beautiful voice then and no doubt still has. Love Rita 😘

I had the distinct pleasure of seeing her in Kwang Ju, Korea, 1986. She was there for a show. We all had a wonderful time after the show. She is a beautiful lady.

Rita, I only listen to the songs recorded by you and Kris. Located the. albums on Etsy. You were so beautiful together. My heart hurts for the pain you experienced. Perhaps because I identified. I grew up in TN. Lived in Santa Barbara since 1999.

Rita , i have loved your music from way,way back in early 70's . But, why the term ,Delta Lady ? I am thinking it was your connection with Leon Russell,right ? Because of Leon's tune, Delta Lady ,right ? I saw him in Tulsa in 1970,with his first albums came out. He did make an album ,i think, with Bolen or something.
