This is east bay. Nice Castro Valley. West bay cities such as Burlingame, Artherton, Woodside, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Saratoga, Los Gatos, Redwood Shores, Foster City etc.. have more character. Yes, Sausalito north of SanFrancisco. Enjoy California.

I am in EastBay . I moved from Midwest. My sports car was carjacked yesterday I am very sad and angry at the same time. Crime and homelessness is super bad in California!! Wild Wild West and lawlessness 😧

$2.2M for such huge homes and huge yards in Bay Area is lucky!! In South Bay/Peninsula, you will barely get 1,500 sq foot homes with small backyards for the same or higher cost!😢
