I hope CCP doesn't ban you. With the current state of the gaming industry I wouldn’t be surprised. IMHO, rules like these are against the spirit of the game. What makes Eve unique is that it doesn't hold your hand. It's a cruel world where you can get one-shotted by a camping Tornado at any gate or station, and that is why I have such a high respect for solo Eve players. Good hunting! o7

Otherwise yes everything is legal no matter how new. Alot of players extend new players the courtesy but it is not a rule.
