Like you, I had stage 3C colorectal cancer diagnosed Nov 2022. Since then, I've had chemo and radiation and I'm currently recovering from the ileostomy reversal/takedown completed last Friday (12/1). Thanks for your videos and I genuinely wish you well (I'm 50 which is young for this too). Your videos provide me hope and show me a path forward. From a medical point, thank you for pointing out the liver issue...I didn't know that they would make 3 month scans. I do my 3rd CT scan Feb 2024 and pray that I'm okay. This certainly changes our everything and I just needed to express gratitude to you for sharing your story and providing entertainment, education, and hope. God Bless, Tony Ruiz

Happy to see ur doing well and living your best life in your new career path and making memories with your beautiful family I was thinking a lot about you these past few months having medical issues of my own. I was always avoiding doctors even tho i knew something was going on ignoring that landed me n the hospital and had a hysterectomy due to fibroids. Having your kind of cancer is what freaks me out the most having to have people messing wiht my booty but being in the hospital not able to get out of bed and having nurses clean u makes u less self conscious about all that. Still not looking forward to my first colonoscopy but its a little less scary now Thank you for your videos. Hope they help people that need to take care of themselves and be less embarrassed about things that have to be done

I was very surprised to see you. Im glad you're doing well. Last year i got diagnosed with stage 2 colon cancer. Lucky for me they got it all n I didn't need treatment. Like you I'm followed by my dr every 3months. I wish you continued good health n happiness.

Just came across your vid from a year across and was wondering if they’ll be an update because unfortunately for many who are in the same battle things end up far worst but this is a blessing for sure 🙏🏽 one big takeaway you said a year ago how you were an advocate for your body this is so important and so many end up in bad situations because they don’t and allow Drs who we are supposed to trust give up diagnoses without really examining us the right way and later that persons life pays the price ! 🙏🏽

I didn't even recognize you, I thought it was a Kim Kardashian fan person. I'm glad your out of the wood work, congratulations. Prepare your family for our Lord's return as his time is very near. I know it may seem like a regular world with nothing scary ahead but to some it will feel like that. People will be marrying, having children, "going to school "and raising children. I have to tell you Vanessa because my life has been nothing but real prophecy and I am a living testament to the Daniel 7 prophecy being fulfilled five years ago which has a long story of it's own. But, let it help gauge you on how much time you have to prepare you and your family. I know your Mom would be disappointed if I didn't give her daughter enough warning to keep her soul and her family's soul safe to be with our LORD. That was an amazing overview of the time we missed you.

i had colon cancer Stage 1 and they found a spot in my liver, honestly I think it was there the whole time. a year ago almost I had a CT scan and they said it looked like a hemangioma but couldn't tell for sure and that attention on follow up was needed. fast forward it grew from 1cm to 3.2cm CEA also rocketed up to 32.4 from 4.2 come to find it was a met. i got it cut out and did not need chemo/radiation or immunotherapy because despite it being a year it was fully encapsulated. meaning my liver saw the tumor cells and trapped them behind a dense bubble of fibrotic stroma, thus preventing cell replacement and destruction. I've been 1 year clean since and CEA is actually lower now at 1.2 than my Stage 1 diagnosis of 4.2 and they just approved every 6 month scans.
