Really really nice to see you back. I knew you doing something but did not think a new book. I am a writer and want to share a tip on editing that is really quick and accurate. Read it out aloud. That is it. You see spelling grammar ingredients quantities ... flow etc. Seriously this is the best method and very simple. I had better crack on with recipes I have not cooked from Vegan Eats yet so I can be ready for this new one
