So, basically - Cowpelts death just happened. Snowclan still struggles with hunger. Snowclan and Fireclan fought a little at the gathering and if Snowclan isn't going to attack, Fireclan surely will. And SOME cats blame Scarletheart for everything, because she is an outsider(ex-kittypet), and suggest that Starclan is mad at them for taking her in.
Crowstar decides to send a patrol to fight with Fireclan, which included Flowerroot and Stonewhisker. Sadly, only the second tom returns.
