100% truth. I am recently saved and stopped listening to all secular music. I remember two occasions being in the grocery store recently and hearing a Rhianna song and one from Taylor Swift and I unconsciously began singing along with them in my mind and caught myself and began to repeat Psalm 23 (just because that is the first Scripture I ever memorized). I knew then those songs are more than just lyrics, they are incantations and spells. Thank you Jesus for your Holy Spirit indwelling within me, filling me with discernment.🙏🏽

My mom years ago wanted to know and asked God what was wrong with secular music even though she didn’t listen to obviously foul music, she said the Father told her that it draws you away from Him. I’ll never forget that prayerfully
music and the idi0t box known as the tv but today's world, everyone is on tiktok wasting time on useless entertainment wasting precious hours of their lives every single day. we will all run out of time soon enough. we weren't created to waste time. one thing i take from islam as an ex-muslim is that god himself says that he created man for no other reason than to worship him. we are not here to earn some nonsense human accolade or hoard up wealth or properties or harm others (slavery) or fall in love with power money etc. we are here to worship and follow god's teachings.
Remember, when she is giving her testimony, she is in part reliving some of those horrors. Give her time. It can't be easy. Pray for her continued strength in YAHUAH.
Be patient, she's taking her time. Did you not see her last one? She didn't want to speak on it and prolonged shearing it because of the pain. Be more attentive dear. These testimonies are also a blessing!
I remember listening to songs by a group who proclaims to be Christians. While listening to this music' I could feel darkness filling up my hoiuse. Before, I knew it demons started attacking me in my sleep. I fell to my knees and asked Jesus why this was happening to me? He said, "That music that you brought into your house is demonic. Of course, I immediately got rid of it. And denounced by partipation with it.

This channel changed my understanding for real I am a Christian but things were not the same again after watching all documentaries I deleted all circular music on my phone never watched again on Tv I received this peace that I've never had before, brethren life is spiritual 100% let's keep the fire on the Lord's Altar burning, read the word of God daily you'll never regret following Jesus Christ our Best friend

Oh my goodness Father deliver me from this secular music because at work they were playing this secular music so loud that I started singing along😢 and deep down I knew it was wrong. And I started having a dream with all the 90's Rnb music I used to listen to and I said no it's that music that I listened to from work. Music really travels to your soul and it depends what kind of music you listen to.

it took me months of deleting then renewing (redownload the app) and then i just quit. i couldn't quit cold turkey. in islam, music is called to be the adhan of satan. in other words, music is the "call to prayer of satan's ways."
This is so true. I only listen to gospel music now but there was a time I used to listen to everything and anything and surprisingly I still remember some lyrics vividly. These things do stick and they go deep. Let's really be careful what we internalise ❤

Thanks to the supermarkets and stores in US for secular music. And these are places as sons of God we cannot totally avoid. Just keep praying while in stores and repenting for the my sin and that of my city. Repentance is a must at all times in this world right now. Thanks for the message, I was at supermarket and this old school music was playing in a moment of my not paying attention the music came out of my mouth. 😂😂😂 I immediately repented and prayed, and kept my focus so I will not fall into that temptation and I got what I wanted and left and prayed for Godly stores to open too with Christian music.
Convicted. My hubby is not saved as yet, so he still plays a dancehall, and I'm in the vehicle, and I sing sometimes. I so try to stop, but I need to fight this.

I lost appetite when I intentionally started getting closer to God by spending time to pray, read the Bible and praying for the manifestation of the fruits of spirit. They induce the spirit of lust and can redirect our focus to mundane things
