For those with trouble sleeping get 30 min of sunlight in the morning to help regulate your circadian rhythms, improve sleeping and boosts your Vit D. Sunlight in the morning also has less harmful rays than getting sunlight later in the day.

All EXCELLENT tips. I have to work on sleep and becoming more consistent with my routine. (Both of these are challenging because I’m a 25/8 caregiver!) my tip that I would add is: WATCH YOUR MOUTH! Stop criticizing yourself and your hair! Your words should BLESS you!

Eating only food that grows from a plant and meat that comes from a butcher. I eat way too many processed foods, so I'm challenging myself to eat real food only for a month. My challenge starts October 1st. Pray for me ❤

My issue is eating at night. I started a new position working 1 in the afternoon to 9 p.m. It has been a MAJOR adjustment for me. Everything I was use to has changed. My biggest issue is my eating for the most part I eat healthy but when I get home, it is my comfort...I may have a bowl of cereal, or something & I know I should not have really anything. I know I need to get off this shift & it will help lessen/solve my issues. Will be working on this over the next few month to save my physical & mental health. 🎉❤😊

Why is it the nape of my hair never gets longer. And it's the finer hair from all over my head
@CurlyChemistry
@CurlyChemistry 11 месяцев назад
Hair around the nape and edges are naturally very fragile, I think it’s because it’s along the line of transition from our skin to scalp.
@AKUBARIKI
@AKUBARIKI 11 месяцев назад
Section that region off and treat it separately from the main hair. Green beauty does this. Plus wrap a silk scarf folded into a band around the perimeter of your head. Then top up with another all over silk scarf. This prevents any chance of friction. Now the sectioned off delicate regions need extra extra tender care essential oils , scalp care... moisture...protein... . ... plus all the tips in this video I did this and got full 3cm per month growth....

I definitely need to drink more water. I am a teacher and I don’t drink as much water as I should because passing periods are so short. However, I have decided that middle schoolers will not kill them selves if they are waiting for me to return from the bathroom for 30 seconds after the bell rings. I also have decided I will exercise every day no matter what happens in my life. I have too many excuses for not exercising and that has to stop.

I joined a bowling team, exercise with weights and bands, try to stay hydrated consistently, and just started taking a hair/skin/nails supplement since I slacked off. Cooking more at home is a lot easier than shopping while hungry.

I want to remove sugar from my life. My husband buys a lot of sweets, and I have a sweet tooth. I have bone problems and back injuries, which prevent me from doing a lot of active movements. I am grateful I am not fat from all the sugar and lack of physical exercise over the years. I'm worried about what this is doing to my health and hair now that I am almost 70.

@CurlyChemistry

It could be your comb, dryness or a lack of protein. If you’ve been keeping up with your moisture then I would do a light protein treatment to see if that helps.
