Hello random person scrolling through the comments👋 Edit: Wow, two years later and people are still waving hi. Hello people Edit: Also I tried this. It didn't work. But maybe that's just me. You guys go for it.
I do this exercise for ten minutes every night just before I go to bed. It straightens out my neck, shoulders and head. It is very relaxing and It calms me down and clears my mind. I fall asleep faster and stay asleep. I recommend this ten minute exercise especially if you have trouble falling asleep because you have a busy mind. I hope everyone who reads this comment tries it. It's wonderful.
After hearing the benefits of sleeping well, I'm definitely doing it. I have trouble with falling asleep or even staying asleep so this will really help. Thank you!😊💕
Hi sorry this is probably really weird but I have a fast metabolism and I was told this helps your thighs grow as well did u notice a change in them sorry this is weird to ask I just wanna know if I should stop or not.
@@Golden_Pikle Not from what I've noticed, but I've also been recently been getting back into exercising so I can't be certain. I guess it could for some people but from what I've done it hasn't done anything so I personally don't think it will. And it also has helped me sleep a lot better as well so I would recommend it. Stopped doing it after a bit but still sleep really well now. Hope this works well for you if you decide to do it!😊
@@RahulKumar-py8fz I have in l4 l5 ..and due to my work schedule I hardly take care of spine..so what exercises u are suggested. Do u also do hot water bag.
@@blissofGuruji yeah ! I do use it when it pains a lot. There are a lot of exercise videos for slip disc issue on RU-vid. You can refer any of them.. Depending on your condition , the doc would've suggested 'not to do' activities. Adhere to that..! You'll be fine..
Thanks Bright Side for getting me back to my childhood memories, I was doing this daily because I feel good after doing it and didn't know why. Stopped doing it long time but because of you am gonna do it again. Your fan from Saudia Arabia. Keep it going 😀
I'M scrolling while listening.Pleasure to meet you EmmaYT.Does this simple exercise actually work?I ask cuz I've had 3 total knee replacements and recently I broke another implant and It absolutely kills me when I try 2 walk after sitting 4 10 minz or more.once I attempt walking for bout 2 minz pain subsides n I can almost walk normal.Ive had a month of not being able to get up from a chair n simply walk 5 feet away.Yup I scrolled looking 4 confirmation this exercise works.
Best workout ever. I do it every morning and night. I feels amazing. I also workout on my stationary bicycle and I walk a lot as well. Yoga is excellent for the body.
I've been doing this for awhile now everyday for 20 minutes, working in a restaurant and being on my feet all day I find it relaxing, keeps swelling down and great for circulation, doing this gives you energy just don't get up too fast take it slow to avoid getting lightheaded, after a shower is the best time to do it too 😀
I have chronic fatigue syndrome so this felt good. Completing 7 minutes of yoga is often to exhausting. Keep looking for thing's to do and remain positive.
For most of us with back pain, especially low back pain this is good for the back and core. It just might be difficult for some of us to get into this position. You definitely need a mat or carpet, unless you are hardcore. I didn't have a mat, but I don't mind some discomfort. Once I got into position, it felt good and right.
Thank u so much for this I am Exhausted everyday I take my kids to school my 805 and then I woke on the way back home which is about a 35 minute walk to their school and to back home and then at 11 o'clock I have to pick up my son and then I have to wait till 245 to pick up his sisters and then more back home so I'm very exhausted every day I have no time for me so this one minute session would do wonders for me as you said
@@pty._.valeria1646 I've been doing this for 3 wks now and my waist and legs are slimming too. I sleep better and have way more energy and focus during the day.
@@nataliet129 hi Natalie actually people here are saying that u will become shorter but i don't want to..i luv my height😅 can u please tell me if u got shorter??? I think its just a myth...(weird lol)
Video “ this will help you cramps” Me: FINALLY!! MY LIFE IS COMPLETE!! Video: “ But you might get a heavier flow” Me: I’ll just stick to waiting it out.
Oh yeah sure. Just make sure its not too strenuous for you....lol....BUT make sure to check with your doctor before beginning any type of exercise program.
If you can do a 9 min video on putting your leg up for a minute, then you can easily do a full length Ken Burns documentary series on the benefits of breathing.
Are you serious? It makes sense to do this exercise because it balances out your body. it is an exercise where your blood goes back to the mid-section of your body.
this is so true as i do this everyday and when i cannot sleep for late nyt and suddenly after doing this leg up execise i start falling asleep after 20 mins of doing it.... very helpful vedio u made... 😊

I honestly believe this because I have always put my feet up on the back of my couch . It felt comfortable. I don't have varicose veins. I'm 62 . And I am 135 lbs. So there to all the people making fun of this video.😂
I am gonna start from today and give an update every Sunday remind me so I don't forget 😊 Update: it helped me to forget about stuff and actually relax 😂 for once honestly I would say y'all should try it 💞
I used to do this exercise for 15 minutes. Yes, it's crazy. But I did it, because my calves is bulky and quite big. So, when I know about its benefit from this video, I think I will do it again for 60 seconds.
Exercise where you can when you can, if you do not have control of anything in your life you should at least have control of your body it is yours after all you only get one
Everyone, on both sides of my family, have varicose veins. I’ve been putting my feet on a wall (sometimes just straight into the air from the floor) since the early 80’s. NO veins! No kidding! I also have a habit of putting my feet up a wall before I get ready to go out... dancing! Gets the heavy feeling out before a good night on the floor!
Diya Thourani i went for the 15-20 minutes duration and did it more than 3 times this week and i can tell you this. It took at least 10 minutes for me to finally feel the amazing effects kick in. How long you wanna stay in that position after that is totally up to you. Remember to get comfortable and take very deep breathes SLOWLY. Avoid distractions like meddling with your phone or anything else. Play soothing music that you like and just relax.
Diya Thourani nope, not at all. If it does then you might have a problem that needs to be addressed. I also vary my leg position. i move from straight together to split v sometimes. Again make yourself comfortable.
Thank you very much.. This is a very informative video, with my busy schedule this Information Will surely Come in useful for me.. I have a well shape body but I jus want to keep it that way.
