I use those same magnets at work to put magnetic cylinders into a press to put dies onto the cylinders to cut labels and also perfs in the press as well
Thanks Ken. The thinner the steel the less the magnets have to stick onto but doing it this way eliminates scratch marks on the steel from the forks. In the video there was barley enough room to get the steel out of the truck it was so full.
I can envision a Mod for that Paul. A for/Aft beam with 2 more magnets to hold up the ends so it does not have "Peel away" effect. Thanks Much.. Mike M.
It works better on thicker metals than thin. Those magnets combined can lift 2600lbs but have letting yo stick to on thin metals. I had two factors hindering me on this lift. One was very limited space in the truck and two the band holding the plates together was right in the center where I needed the magnets to be. It all worked out in the end
So many Cool Mods on your Kubota - I'd Love to have front fenders on my BX2380, Can you put a kit together that I could purchase? I finally got the front and rear Hyd lines installed by Andy Herringshaw @ Tractor Innovations, the rear Hyd work the tilt on my Box Blade, so far the front is not being used - but working with a company that has a box attached sickle type cutter for side grass/ thin blackberry shrub cutting which both are growing like crazy, been using a gas powered weed whacker with three cutting blades - very hard work since the road I'm dealing with is 1/4 mile long. So glad You Both are still photographing all your projects, you wouldn't believe how many ideas I get from the work your doing. Robert
