To receive the energy activations from the light codes and light language get yourself into a relaxed position and ground yourself and open your heart. Allow the sounds to move over you and allow any thoughts or feelings to also move through. Don’t judge anything. You may or may not feel sensations in your body or see colours or images. Either way your being will be receiving the energy where it needs to go. Also allow your eyes to wander over the image and take in the energy codes visually. Afterwards be gentle on yourself and drink a lot of water. You may find emotions or body sensations moving through for a few days afterwards.
