Light Language to help transmute energy of depression and sadness
Hello beautiful soul,
I was guided to speak these frequencies today to help relieve and transmute the energy of depression and deep sadness. Depression is a serious and complex illness that can stem from many causes and can interfere with our everyday life in a major way, I deeply understand that and hope this transmission will help anyone who may be struggling at the moment.
We all feel sad and low at some point in our journey, hopefully it’s a brief episode but sometimes it can drag on and we feel depleted, tired and lacking energy to do anything. As an empath it can be difficult to discern if the sadness is even ours. I believe an holistic approach to healing is the best approach.
This transmission is to help lift and shift those lower energies, to provide clearing, strength and healing, to enable you to be free to concentrate on raising your vibration and get back on your true path, to live, learn and enjoy life. You are a strong, divine creator, you are love and you are loved.
