great tips, thank you. I recommend that you use a squeegee to clean the board. This is critical if you end up using Plexi Glass (not recommended due to ease of scratching including just using an eraser) vs Iron Free Glass.
Use a confidence monitor that you can see yourself in real-time. Software like OBS or XSplit can flip it in real-time, which also lets you do Zoom meetings with students. The trick is to use a polarizing filter on the Camera to eliminate the reflected glare of the confidence monitor. You can also have multiple monitors that can also show you notes.
I built my own light board and cleaning it is impossible. I use the correct neon markers but it has just become white upon cleaning it. It’s a disaster. I have tried everything. Any ideas?
That must be liquid chalk.. since it has that iron ball clicking sound.. Expo neon is a bit bolder plus smoother , but more expensive. Sad that there are not many options for neon markers
Hi nice tips. Thank you for your time and video. I'm a graduate student and want to make some lecture online using lightboard. Could you suggest me how should I proceed? How much this will cost? Which camera should I buy to record a lecture? N.B. Please reply by taking care of Indian Market. Thanks With Regards!!!
