Ashley Hagen (E-RYT), started practicing yoga in 2010 to help improve her performance as a college athlete. I ordered one of these lights after I saw your video because I have a very small home yoga studio and was Zoom lighting challenged. I got one of the lights you have on the side and had no problem figuring it out. Thank you so much for helping me to set it up in about 5 minutes! If I hadn't known, I definitely would have gone the screwdriver route and I'd be very sorry!

Thank you so much. There is one suggestion, there are little black caps on the top of each tripod. If you remove them the lights fit much more snuggly. I think the caps are meant to prevent the metal tips from scratching anything in the case. I kept them just in case, but I don't think you need them.

I know! For someone already familiar, I'm sure it's a breeze. For me... haha. Nope. I also just tripped over one of the cords, knocking the light over and shattered a lightbulb. A film friend gave me a tip to put sandbags on the stands. I'm thinking I can use the meditation cushions in my studio.

Could you do this with 3 softbox lights on the regulat tripods (without the sandbag option?) There are a bunch of options on Prime Day today and I'm thinking maybe I'd rather not have the sandbag one (since it's more unstabile).

Yes. I actually took the attachment off and it's now in my closet. It's just 3 lights on stands.
