Fun fact, the Agent style is actually designed to fight groups while Yakuza style is for single enemies. This is evident thanks to the game's assisted combat feature. It defaults to agent when groups appear, and automatically switches to Yakuza when there is only one enemy left. It's even evident in their Extreme Heat Modes. Agent has wide sweeping attacks, while Yakuza had powerful single target attacks

This game’s takoyaki hacks are crazy. You can carry ten of each and they restore a fuck ton of health. It’s like 40 healing items for under ¥200,000.

I accidentally did this challenge my first playthrough. I wasn't trying to I just really liked the spider gadget. The ragdoll physics from throwing people around is just hilarious. I didnt even bother with the other gadgets

Doing this exact same run now, and I've had a realisation: Agent style is just blue Rush with technology. With the Daidoji Evasion Strike, you can quickstep into a light attack which has heavier stun than normal, and can allow you to continue the light attack combo longer if you end up behind an enemy. For street mooks, you can just quickstep light + light×4 and repeat for an infinite stunlock, with a heavy finishing blow for maximum flair. EX is like godspeed mode, and you get the ability to dodge attacks and reversal them, especially with the light reversal being a flurry of punches. The evasion is just so good, you can stick to enemies _constantly,_ which is 100% Rush. It's super powerful for 1v1s in this regard. Later on when you can upgrade your gadgets more, the Spider upgrade that lets you pull in and throw enemies is a godsend for crowds. Once you've weakened an enemy enough, you can throw the wire out and toss them for collateral damage. Firefly will forever be amazing for mobs, and Serpent is just great at picking off low-HP stragglers while driftin' on 'em. Hornets are powerful distractions for bosses, and I'd recommend summoning them in EX so you can get _all of them_ in there immediately. You can abuse the EX dodge reversal when they swat the drones away to get even more damage in, which is _hilariously_ OP. Just a few tips for anyone trying to do this exact challenge themselves. I'd like to narrow it down to Spider and Serpent only, but the bosses and heavies just swatting the wire away makes that impossible :(

I did this unintentionally and it was the most fun I had playing a yakuza game in quite a while, I didn't use the Dragon style until after I completed the game and used it in the colosseum matches which was really fun and enjoyable. Btw great video dude keep it going 🔥

I started playing it 3 hours ago (yes I’ve beaten Yakuza 0 to Song of Life) I’ve beaten the first chapter And I was trying to just play with only agent style but nah I’m be switching between both Dragon and Agent Style for the fun of it

So pretty much what i did, Yakuza we already know old bread and butter style but Agent is cooler Rush with amazing animations and really funny gimmick with gadgets.

Honestly I liked agent style but it feels wrong to play this game in agent style. It’s the death of the Yakuza. Him closing a chapter of his life that he’s waited decades to be able to leave behind.
