In this clip, Lil Gnar opened up about his personal drug use. He said that the only drugs he hasn't tried have been crack and heroin. Lil Gnar did, however, warn listeners against using prescription drugs and specifically Xanax calling it one of the worst drugs. He also talked about dealing with depression and its connection to the drugs.
Later, Lil Gnar talked about how he was cool with two rappers that recently passed away, Lil Peep and Fredo Santana, and his reaction to their untimely deaths.

Been through all drug phases... weed, hallucinogens, X, Lq, Coke, designer, meth, and it all led up to a 4 year H struggle... But ive been clean 63 days now ( by far longest I've ever had since 14 from any substance) and I'm now I'm 25 & currently typing this from a rehab in southern Indiana... Glad I don't have those problems no more.. God is good..

agentcodydanks Dog you can od off of 2 - 3 mg of fentanyl it takes like 200mg to od on morphine, heroin is similar with something like 100mg to 300mg depending on how you take it. That’s usually where fent being 100x times stronger thing comes from.
