A lot of these workouts are great but to be quite honest some of it is not optimal for hypertrophy like bosu ball is not good for loading the shoulders since core is the limiting factor

3:13 he's gonna break his knee with that technique with heavier weights. Don't let your leg straighten out completely. It can't handle the stress if the weights are heavy.

Bumper plates look much bigger, they were probably 10kg plates, so probably 40kg in total. Same with the curls, using bumper plates as they are much bigger than standard plate versions.
