Holy shit, so glad this is out, I was close to forming my own opinion

Fantano listed x2 as one of his favorite songs. x2 is Produced by Ken Carson. Fantano gave Pink Tape a 5. 5x2 is 10. Therefore "A Great Chaos" WILL receive a 10/10. You heard it here first.

As someone who has never listened to uzi vert but is a huge metalhead, listening to Pink Tape is like seeing your little brother discover metal for the first time

He gave Whole Lotta Pink the same rating as Whole Lotta Red so there's no jealousy between the Carti clan and Uzi clan, it's a wonderful gesture of sharing by Anthony's part.

I actually like this album a lot. not perfect by any means, but I think it’s fun. love seeing uzi experiment

Honestly, yeah its super inconsistent, but the highs on this album are some of the highest Uzi highs since like 2016 imo. Just the energy he brings and the beats really remind me of that energy he had when he first hit the scene, shit like 7 AM, or Ready Set Go, yet in the same breath it sounds newer, updated and in many ways different. I also really really fuckin love Days Come and Go, which is not a track that I think follows that formula at all. Ultimately, I think its a really good mix of Old Uzi and newer style Uzi, with a handful of disgustingly awful misses in the midst. Not the BMTH song though, I love that one hahaha.

Werewolf is probably my favorite on the album. That chorus is fire, but I love how he gets a little more personal towards the end of the album. While uzi isn't known for his penmanship, some of the lyrics show a little more of his life and struggles.

You gave this a 5 out of 10? I would like to formally apologize then as I've been telling everyone that I enjoyed this album. I will now correct my errors and inform people that Pink Tape was actually quite mid.

Strong 5 to a light 6 for me. Very low lows but thanks to this album I have a few new Uzi songs that I love ESPECIALLY Flooded the Face as well as Patience.

Credit where credit is due, the aesthetic and vibes on this are on point. I really wanted to love this album but in a way it's similar to what happens with WLR: its repetitiveness and length wear it down to the point were it just stops being catchy and starts becoming a chore imo -and contrary to what many people believe I don't think it gets better with consecutive listenings

It hurts to listen to CS, not just because the vocals leave a lot to be desired. It specifically lacks the big, emotional passages that made the original song iconic as it is.

I don't know if this comment will be seen by Mr. Fantano, but The End was actually written and composed by the guitarist and composer from Japanese metal band Paledusk

So I've generally heard that this album is a diversified, fairly creative but super long, messy kind of album. I get that, but honestly I think most of it is some of Uzi's most exciting material, genuinely. In fact it's probably a hot take, but I think it's my favourite project of theirs to date, and I'm generally a fan of their work. It's just this huge, chaotic experience, darting and swerving in all sorts of directions - creatively on fire, bright and buzzing at many points. They went off the rails with it a bit and I love it. Also, I wouldn't really say there's any point on it where it sounds like they're resting on their laurels or coasting; again, they're on fire across the whole thing. It's not perfect - definitely not entirely consistent - but it's a hella gutsy stab that's very entertaining to experience, IMO.

A 5 with so many enjoyable songs feels so weird. I give it a 6

Uzi just needs to drop this album twice & he gets a 10 no big deal.

Oddly, I love ALL of this album but a few cuts like endless fashion and CS. I think this album feels like a concert experience in my ears with the adlibs and the obnoxious and energetic beats. This is definitely a great album and I can see why this album is so long in tracks. I can see this album not being played in a quiet like settings like cafes or study sessions (for younger members). This most enjoyable I gotten from this album was when I played this album in my car on road trip on I-95 for vacation trip. I hope people can at least enjoy it as much as I did :)

i would like to put you onto jersey club more, the kicks you describe and uzi not being on the track super heavy is essential to the genre. he nailed it, and honestly Not surprising he blew up with that type of sound, as i have a link of a vine of him dancing to club music in 2013. its a style thats been one of my favorites for over a decade and if anyone was really bout to bring it into the mainstream it actually makes the most sense for it to be uzi

Rehab is my favorite track off the album. In "Suicide Doors" The Charelston White soundbite, and "Bitch I'm the Crow" are probably my most replayed spots on the album. Also the "That Fiya" and "Fire Alarm" beat drops are my most replayed on the album.

I liked this album a lot. As someone who doesn't listen to really any rock at all, this felt like dipping my toes into it. And while I definitely agree with the "Uzi conveys vibes better than lyrics" sentiment is true, I don't think that's an inherently bad thing

Album sort of reminds me of Dawn FM in that it starts strong and then drools off to whatever, which a few highlights every so often to pull you out. Actually rather perfect to play while next to the pool or while half passed out on the sand.

Still in disbelief that System of A Down covered Lil Uzi Vert’s CS. Kinda crazy.
