I feel you on that level, I went through Alcoholism and it is the hardest part of my life I had go through. Thank God and AA for helping me sober 1 year and 7 months.
As a 50 yr old that used to be pretty wild back in the day, alcohol was responsible for probably 90% of the trouble that I got into. I tell everybody, especially my son, alcohol is probably the most dangerous drug you can do, because when you're intoxicated you will do things you wouldnt do if somebody offered you $10,000 to do sober. It makes you out of your mind, no ability to make rational decisions. But yet its sold in every store, and celebrated like the miracle answer for everything in commercials. I havent drank in probably 25 years, havent been in any trouble at all in that period. If you need something to take the edge off, deal with things life throws at you, a few puffs of herb is probably safer than anything you can get at a pharmacy, including over the counter medicine. Stay away from alcohol and other hard drugs, they will bring u down in the end.
Started late trying to get mine together, age 42. I'm 50 now and have 3 years dry. However, I'm still working on some other things. None the less, here I am. Screwing up your life is easy. Restructuring it is the hard part. Prayers to all of those caught up in the struggle.🙏
Maybe I hope not but honestly he did say a little weed and if he’s only smoking a little bit here and there than he’s honestly probanly just super stoned lol I know I cut back and now i take one puff and I’m way too high
!!!PROUD OF YOU PATRICK!!! Wyte is dope AF.. but you hit the nail on the head.. ✨👏✨ Getting right for the kids, the wife and the future!!! You're blessed to have a team who will be there turning up or when you turn it off 💖 💫🌹🙏🌹💫 💪MUCH LOVE AND RESPECT 💪
Mannn... I felt this. Salute to Wyte for speaking on alcoholism and sharing about his demons and experiences. It's a battle I've fought for a long time. And hearing his story makes me want to cut alcohol or completely. Keep pushing, "Sober Wyte!"
I'm glad to see wyte doing good. It's crazy him talking about his dad because I'm going through the same shit with mine. And my dad says the same shit about him not being an alcoholic because he don't drink in the morning just the afternoon and nights lol. That must be the drinkers code of honor.
I’m only 10 minutes through this, Wyte sounds great! I’m happy for him! It definitely feels great to get away from that hold of alcohol! I hit 3 years last month! Keep it up brother! Been listening to his stuff for almost 20 years!
Im so proud of this man for still being alive tbh!! Hes fighing demons for years and he always comes back swinging 💪when youre ready brother,we need new music from you!!!
Much respect Boss Wyte Best decision I ever made drop the liquid and smoke more green next time you’re coming to Wisconsin or I come to Tennessee I got you on a bad ass tattoo for free call crew

Hey lil whyte ,I feel like your words ,that you are speaking on this video , I'm not even kidding wyte and a quarter of the way through your video and like all my buddies they went through that whole drug FaZe and a lot of them passed away or almost passed away and I'm going through all the drug and alcohol fazes right now and I'm trying to do better and i no I am going to do better ,but in long story short, I FEEL LIKE I CAN RELATE IN AWAY ,AND IM JUST GOING THROUGH IT , your music is what got me through most of my worst times , so thank you for everything you do with music😎
This legit made me step back. Wyte. You're almost exactly 10 years older than I am. And. This liquor has messed my life up more than I could ever imagine. The party isn't going on anymore. But I'm still doing what I did. Everyone that cares about me in my life can't do it for me. I gotta take this step. I'm going to rehab. We've met before. 9 years ago. I got your double vinyl in my special cabinet. And when I pull it out. I think....this was the past why am I still living like this? Not saying Wyte put the substances in me. No I did. And now I'm ready. I'm ready to not be this person. Idk who I am anymore. Time to go find myself. I just turned 31 August 15th.
His entrance into the game had rough edges but most people have skeletons in the closet. Lil Wyte one of realest OGs in the game. Hope nothing but the best for this man.
What up Lil wyte I'm from Corinth Mississippi and hung out with ya in Memphis with my cuz Candy don't know if you remember us been with you since day 1 bumbin everything love ya bruh
Rehab would be an awesome and greatful experience for yourself and the others that are affected by your addiction if you could actually afford it especially without insurance.
Cried most of the video. Been trying to quit a million times. Met Wyte in 2013 wearing a neck brace at a Halloween concert in Shakopee Minnesota. Addiction is a ma fukka. Didn't have the 20 bucks at the time to get a picture and and an autograph that night. My old friend did a song with you that night at Mystic Lake Casino.
@emeraldent definitely old school! I remember my Grandmother used to smoke cigs in the car with the windows rolled up and me in the passenger seat not even a teenager yet
