@@billybobsings5897 absolutely! I have a long history of rock/metal music that I have listened to, and with all the new bands coming out, I just keep going with the new generation’s music. I only found Liliac about 3-4 months ago, and they are amazing. I really enjoyed their version of Dio’s Holy Diver. Older metal heads don’t change, we just keep finding new bands that make us feel young again!! 🤘🤘🤘

I think they are carrying the torch for Dio and the classic rock that other bands shy away from. Rock music ate itself when it went all rap and "jail tattoos". Liliac are keeping the faith.

I couldn’t agree more. 90s killed rock and metal as each band tried to sound harder and harder. This is the sweet spot.

My only trepidation is that maybe they came along 30 years too late. If something like this had appeared in MTV's heydey, it would have receive constant airplay. I hope they suceed, but I can't say which way music is going to go. Not mentioning any genre, but I believe music has been in a rut for the last 20 or so years. My grandkids like rap, and pop, but they never listened with the passion, and frequency, that my generation did.

@@cristyrawks6325 considering that they were asked to stop performing on a pier because they were gathering huge crowds,if not for Covid limitations they would regularly fill stadions. Plus their concerts are already full with people

@@MsKeylas Yes the pier thing was a blessing in disguise. It got them out of CA. And now they are playing small to med size venues that hold at best around a few hundred to a thousand people. You're talking "stadiums". Stadiums hold thousands if not tens of thousands. They'll get there, but it's going to be a hard road.

Scorpions have a song called "Don't Stop At The Top" meaning that even the most famous of bands should never expect to reach their PEAK. That they should keep going.

WOW....... As someone who first got into rock/metal in the 80's it's always been my favorite style and time of music, I dropped out of listening to the newer stuff because it just wasn't as good..... Then LILIAC came to the rescue..... I have imported your CD's down to Australia and listen to your music on a daily basis...... Thank you....

... FYI!.. FANGdom!..the video was shot at the Sewanee Memorial Cross on the campus of the University Of The South in Tennessee.. it is a war memorial to ALL the Sewanee vets lost in the past wars.. there are plagues for each war on each side of the cross and the vicinity.. etc etc ..🦇😁🦇...

It’s one thing to be writing recording and producing music of this caliber but then to go on and produce this visually spectacular video to go with the song by yourselves is quite outstanding kudos to Sam for the video editing, papa for the shots and damn the whole family for the part they play in making this independent band one of the big hitters on the world stage in 2021

Since I found them on RU-vid in one of the best coincidences of my life, they have become my daily musical band, when I am bad, I listen to them and my day is happy, when I am happy, I listen to them and I am even more happy. I have listened to rock and metal since I was 11 years old, and at 42 I fell in love with a band again like when I was a child, thank you infinitely for that, for your art, and Melody's voice, thank you for existing.

I have played the drums for over 40 years and I love the way Abby has used her set so differently than most drummers. She mixes in the floor bass with her use of the floor tom instead of the hi-hat. I have a few ideas to give to her when I see them at home in Feb of 2023.

Another solid Liliac hit--and glad to see Justin coming into his prime. This is the first song where you can really hear him working the keyboard. And Abby---the double bass fills are just amazing! Sam...always on point! Ethan looking like a rock star in this one. And of course, Melody just slaughtering the vocals. I need to get those autographed albums ordered now!

This band is amazing. Everything I’ve ever seen from them is just phenomenal. It’s been a pleasure to watch them grow through their music and the videos. This is what we need in the world of rock and metal. I pray that they rise to the stardom that they so much deserve

Oh my. Ok I already heard the song, and I thought it was great. But this video was worth the (considerable) wait. It's improved my opinion of the song. And yeah Melody's performance was unprecedented for her and absolutely impressive. Great job Cristeas, and Papa looks badass in that getup! Please more originals!

That is Liliac's best work to date. The song, and video are outstanding!! The beginning guitar riff reminds me of "LIGHTNING SRTIKES" by OZZY OSBOURNE (opening guitar riff written by legendary Metal guitarist JAKE E. LEE). King Samuel kills it with his guitar solo. Phenomenal!! I love Miss Abigail's drum playing. Her talent has come a long way, and she is also phenomenal. Queen Melody continues to enchant with her vocals which are up there with DORO PESCH (WARLOCK). Her range, and dynamics are epic! Ethan holding the bass line down like a pro. Justin manning those keyboards like a BOSS!! This family will only get better!! I am guessing that is Papa Liliac wearing the Gladiator helmet. Rock on!! Rock hard, Cristea family!!!! (Queen Melody is GORGEOUS!!!! 🔥)

65 years old and this , like most of Liliac's videos , are in my playlist. I'm a fan of many genres. This definitely isn't the Partridge family.

The musicianship of this band is so over the top good. Each time they release something new, you can hear their growth and maturation. If they ever tour Europe, I KNOW they will give Nightwish, Amaranthe, Epica, or Within Temptation a run for their money. Actually, all those bands are "good people" so I'm sure they would be supportive and it would be a great tour for Liliac. Keep doing what you are doing and "stay golden."
