@@samdavidowicz I'm not saying that it's not a good show just that a band like the warning can get great video and sound and LILIAC doesn't.... I did appreciate that you recorded the show I just wish there was something better I hope I didn't offend you
If I'm not mistaken, I heard THE WARNING we're under contract with a large record label! If so I would think all concerts are probably recorded with the best equipment money can buy! You know so they can control every apperence the band does for copy rights! Unlike other well known groups we like! But I love one in perticular who's Dad works on a budget, films in the basement recording studio at home and does a FANTASTIC JOB!!!! My hat goes off to PAPA L. THEY HAVE COME SO FAR ON A HOMESPUN BUDGET SO FAR!!! JUST MY THOUGHTS, IM JUST A SIMPLE FANG!!!!!
I'm just amazed at the stamina this family has to go on a 44 show your! you all must take SUPER TOUR PILLS!!! All the driving, lugging your equipment around, checking in, checking out, up late, up early, my Hart goes out to you guys!!!!!! your just Awesome! hope you squeeze some fun in while on the road!!!!!
I'd have to agree with you!! I'm sure I'm sure she will get offers from other groups as time goes by! She's quickly making friends with big name older musicians!!! That in itself will open major opportunity!!! She's a great singer and PROFORMING leader on stage, I know Papa LILIAC wants to go about 10 years or so, then perhaps have enough of a financial wave behind them to kick back and ride the wave! Wich sounds awesome! But I'll bet the kids will venture into other aspects of musical areas. But hay, what do we know! I'm just thankful for the opportunity to be here to watch the wave build!!!! They and a few others have given me hope in the resergence
I read a few of the posts and I agree that it would be great to see a Kickass live Visual recording with amazing sound. I love music enough to hear through the shit sounding bits & the once in a lifetime show 😃 wished I was there 🎼🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
I'm not a musician, but would it make a difference if they were to switch to wireless microphones and wireless for the instruments ?????? Or would that be an issue and affect sound quality????
They really shouldn't do these small shows with horrific sound. I saw them in Nashville a couple of weeks ago and the sound was horrible there as well. I know from their recordings and some of their live shows how talented they are but this is just bad.
it's a pity all of the inferior sounding videos circulating around this great band. It's enuff to turn newcomers away, and that really sucks for the band.
I've learned first hand that it's not always the person's video recording equipment that's the problem. Sometimes the venue just has sucky sound and light systems (*cough* Hal and Mal's*cough*).
You can’t really go by a venue where there was issues with the sound. I was there, lmao. Their pro-shot live videos show how good they actually sound live.
You should take a look at the pro-shot live videos here on RU-vid, rather than from a venue that had sound quality issues from a camera that was picking up sound from the speakers not the soundboard. Also, if I am going to listen to someone's opinion on whether a band "has it" I would watch the many reaction videos done by *other musicians* and vocal coaches who all seem to have favorable opinions of the band. Not some random person.
Rock and roll culture does not want family bands with such young members... If I was their manager. I would push for melody to work with other professional musicians , Form a band use her youth ,sex appeal and powerful voice to get popular.. Do guest appearances and shows with old school rock band's. And keep lilliac as a side project.. If she gains enough popularity she can make the Liliac bigger that way
Thank God someone else said it. They are a good band but not a major act. That close your eyes forever video was horrible. They were all giving these weird stares and expressions. Melody thinks she has to act out every word. Sam the lead guitar could make it another band.
