LIME JELLY - The quickest, easiest and cheapest dessert you can make! 

We're going from the sublime to the ridiculous (our previous recipe series was for French Croissants, one of the most difficult things in the baking world to make) and I'd love to be snooty about an instant dessert but I can't because the look, texture and flavour of this lime jelly are all pretty amazing!
Goodie Goodie is a nonprofit bakery (pending charity status) that creates jobs for young refugees aged 16 to 30 at mid-week church locations across Ontario. Partners include COMPASS Refugee Centre and Conestoga College's Baking and Pastry Arts program.

Makes 4 desserts
WHAT YOU NEED
A box of instant jelly powder
Boiling water and freezing cold water
Whipped cream
WHAT YOU DO
Pour jelly powder into a bowl
Add 1 cup of boiling water
Stir until well mixed
Add 1 cup of freezing cold water
Stir again
Pour into dessert bowls
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set
Add some whipped cream
Enjoy your jelly!
