Hi well done, l know their job is not an easy one but there's something serious wrong with the UK police forces at the moment when they can't even speak to a member of the general public in a civil manner just because you are seen videoing a police station from a public domain. Keep up the good work and stay safe.
8.08 Pc 5197 CO quote “we do not want to be recorded” . So, even though you have a legal right to record. we are going to hassle you, abuse you & infringe on your legal rights because we do not like it. This only came out, because he got flustered…..priceless
@@budgetnuclearweapons7858 Didn't they write a song about it...? "London Bridge is falling down, falling down, falling down..." Enjoy the earworm...! 😁
This really annoys me...... Why on earth can't these cops be calm, nice, and interact with the public the way THEY would want to be treated. This copper can't let it go can he. He is aggressive but he said he wasn't.... No wonder these cops don't gain respect. Respect gains respect.
Once again another fail at the police to portray their lack of customer service with a member of the public who is doing absolutely nothing wrong on public land. Why the hell our MP’s don’t raise this ongoing issue in parliament so that the police stop it is beyond me. No wonder they are being called tyrants.
They should give their name, a number is not sufficient, they can be wearing somebody else's jacket which they have been know to do. Alway ask to see their warrant card ,not their id card. No warrant card, no oath of office, no power of arrest.
Yes, but the people in those flats are too busy getting scared shitless with the box of lies, flickering nonsense into their brain cavities, as they indulge in the current climate of Government induced terrorism (Governmental-pox on the Governmental box...)
Once he starts taking over you, you inform him that he is disrespectful. Then Tell him that the conversation is now terminated. Then stay totally silent. Sends them mad.
but unless you walk away they will just bombard you with the copsplaining and bullshit, auditors should carry headphones , put them on and listen to some music while staring at the idiots
I love how you said you wouldn't talk if he didn't identify thats how to do it alot of them think because there police they are the authority 🤣 and there counting on the fact that you dont know ya rights
I have been watching 1st amendment and UK audits for the last cpl of years and i have to say you are right up there with the very best. Great content, respectful and knowledgable .I only found you a cpl of weeks ago and i love your work. Respect to you sir and plz stay safe.👍
It really gets up my nose when people refer to me as Sir in whatever capacity I am engaging with folk . I cannot remember my trip to the Palace and the sword being placed on my shoulder!
It is every citizen's duty to film anything funded by taxes, and it is a disgrace that public servants expect a member of the public to account for an activity that they should encourage.
After all that I have seen, I have lost further confidence in our Police - What I have seen so far is bullying !!! Well done to you, and keep up the good work my friend
when will these muppets learn that it is not an offence to film police, they spend more time protecting themselves with fairy tales than solving house break ins
Imagine going to your bank & being interrogated in order to make sure that you're not a bank robber doing reconnaissance? It's exactly the same, but just doesn't happen. Why? Lawful citizens treat lawful citizen as lawful citizens. The filth? You're guilty of anything & everything before they even talk to you.
Public photography is not a crime. If photography is your hobby, you can video & take pictures of anything from a public place. Police earning the hate. Forgot to say, excellent audit. :-)
@@Algorithm347 You can stand outside a school and film, it's intent of the filming, what's the motive? In this case they're jumping to terrorism, in the school case, paedophilia is being suggested, its all perception and intent.
He was perfectly in his right to stop you as you were carrying a loaded cigarette and could have burnt the Police station down to the ground FFS! Your too nice for this, I´d of told them BOTH to bugger off!
Young rookie - PCO -fully rigged up & armed,... is being trained, mentored & or assessed on his recent training course for TA2000 Sec43 and to see if he can squeeze you into a corner .
So as a tourist you can record police stations and tourist hotspots, most tourists record pictures of scotland yard and downing street whats the problem? Why did they bugger off so sharpish? Looks like a block of flats looking down on the rear of that place?
This copper can't let it go, can he? He is aggressive but he said he wasn't... No wonder these cops don't gain respect. Respect gains respect. What I have seen so far is bullying !!! Well done to you, and keep up the good work my friend
Lol. That phone is a great artistic representation of our police force. I forgot that the police were allowed to make up their own laws and criminalise a legal activity.
Plod: "a lawful activity?" Police: "doesn't matter"... Just this statement alone shows the contempt these so called police have for the law! They believe in the, what we say, goes
Dibble has said several times "It's not an operational police station", clearly no harm filming it. You ought to sort out a street name/nickname for when they ask. Say something like "People call me, Gibbers, or Gnasher or whatever"
It’s a non operational Police station with two armed police outside and swine carrier in the background 😂😂😂 Next time you’re out, stick some random numbers on your shoulder and when they ask for your name....you know what to do next.
These police are legends in their own lunch times. They dont seem to understand the law and lack interpersonal skills. I dont like council and shop cctv recording me but I have to put up with it.
Keep it up mate. They haven't got a leg to stand on. One thing is when they are asking why you have a need to film, a good response is, what you said already, that it is your right to do so, however you can take it a step further than that, in that, if the public do not exercise those rights they will be in jeopardy of being taken away.
Great interaction just one point the amount of times you called him sir was slightly annoying , I know it’s courteous but you was not getting the same courtesy back and then he walks away from you, very disrespectful
If you having a camera worries him because something happened in the past (which didn't happen) then you should be terrified seeing a police officer with what they have done in the past.
I wouldn't be addressing them as 'sir'. Normally would be an expression of respect for someone to who's person you had some accountability. Our accountability is to the law, not the individuals in police uniform. Did the first guy lose his hat? Why are you recording a structure in full view of millions of people when it's a secret? Couple of Muppets.
Chief Constable Andy Trotter informed every constabulary in the UK, in August 2010 - in writing - that what this man is doing is perfectly legal and that no police officer has the lawful authority to stop a member of the public and demand to know what s/he is doing in relation to public filming.
Basically he uncontrollably became passively aggressive (bless 'em, they can't help it), patronised & blathered on, tried sounding dominant & then marched off like the frustrated soldiers they all are, obviously annoyed, yet utterly powerless to do a single thing & the egotistical skinny little costumed b*****d knew it, he clearly came across as a the costumed power tripper he was. 'Suggs' wasn't much different.
When asked a question, I just say, "are you asking a Man a question" ? That clarifies, they're asking you a question in the first place, asking a Man, and not a person. Always be proactive, never reactive, then ask them, are you accusing me of a wrong ? If you are we can resolve this at once, because delayed is justice denied, isn't it ? 1, We can immediately go straight to court and you can file a complaint, while I will make a claim against you. They can witness and notarized by the master (master at common law) with my claim, your complaint by a clerk from the clerk's office. Then they can witness us serving each other and once in receipt of that complaint (offer to contract) "Null and void it (void ab initio)," rescinding it to the " status quo ante, which destroys that offer as if it never existed, leaving you constables to walk in to court and answer my claim. As a claim cannot be rescinded, and once heard in open court when both parties are present is closed and sealed forever. 2, You can arrest me, and I would comply " Under protest and duress," then anything obtained or gathered is inadmissible in court as it was obtained and gathered against my freewill, unlawfully. Then once released, immediately open up court and seek "Redress," against all involved by making claim against them. They always have a duty judge on call, in case a Man/Woman wants to open up court 24/7. How do you think the police get their warrants of entry ? That's who they contact, someone as to swear out a complaint, and a judge as to see if the reason as any validity, before he grants that warrant of entry. He/she couldn't careless as whoever is answering for the warrant accepts liability, the judge tells the clerk to file that complaint, the clerk is the keeper of the records. They are the Modern day scribes, just like in Egyptian/Roman times, if someone accuse you of anything get them to prove it, by getting them to go immediately to court. 3, They can just observe you until you commit, a wrong (harm), isn't that what they're supposed to do ? That's how they maintain the peace, isn't it ? Not get heavy-handed and start accusing you of a wrong, they don't like it when you know your "unalienable rights," of "Freedom of Expression," to go about minding your own business, what's private remains private. Your personal details, are private, unless your accused of a "wrong," on their head be it, if they can't prove their claim, and they don't make claims do they ? Only complaints, which are nothing more than "offer to contract," and they hope you "acquiesce by your silence," that why when being arrested, you "must, protest," by saying " I will comply Under protest and duress," then your being coerced, by coercion. Specific sense in reference to government by force, ostensibly to suppress disorder, emerged from 19c, in later times, a bad flavour, suggesting the application of force as a remedy, or its employment against the general sense of the community, it is now usually avoided by those of the action in question" [OED]. The police are a registered business, and any constable as no indemnity, from "harming, a Man/Woman," that's why you can call them out by name, as a Man/Woman. They don't want to give you their details, ok, just order them to be detained, until they give a answer, by opening up court, and giving your orders to a "master," he/she will tell the clerk to order the most senior constable on duty to come and collect, and carry out them orders to the letter. Then once you have their details, have them summoned, then never go for a default judgement, they can come back at you at a later date. Order a bench warrant if they don't answer that summons, because a claim once heard in open court is closed and sealed forever, plus if you at to do that, at the next hearing you could say, I have another appointment, and I need a delay, the clerk will give you another date, just look in your Diary and say, no I can't make that, and if it's in fours weeks, six weeks, inform the magistrate to deny them bail, as you were ready on the original date, and you at to order a bench warrant to get them to attend. So, I'm ordering you to deny them bail, to guarantee their attendance on the rearrange date. They will then be warehoused in some prison, until the next court date, you might need to extend that, if you can't make that date for one reason or another, that's what they do, isn't it ?
I like the way you do audits. However, when they start talking over you, never let them do that. Continue saying what you want to say and while they are still talking, ask them "Do you understand?" with your finger pointing at the PC. That should get them listening or pissed off.
Good audit apart from your constant over talking and interrupting. Can you please let them finish a sentence or two. I like to hear them digging their own holes.
With every audit I despise the police that bit more. At least you boys counter them back with Pigspeach and boy, doeas that put some of them out of their stride. good work.
It seems like arrogance and contempt for the public are prime requisites to be a pig, and that mouth on a stick is armed!! Ego -driven policing earning the hate every day.
Imagine watching yourself on RU-vid while working and realising you just made a utter fool of yourself. Haha. Your videos are fab! Stay safe my friend as I wouldn't trust any copper now. I would trust a member of the public more so as that's how sad this country has now become. A big fat joke and totally shocking!
Aah bunch of small boys who could not play with their guns cry cry walk off....mummy I could not use my taser or gun today because someone was doing a lawful thing I tried to intimidate him but he was not having it ( mummy puts his head in her lap, there there my child) Jokes Stay safe. Peace x
