For that you'd just use acoustic IR's, with a selection of tube pre's and compressors, EQ etc to your choice. Really, a magnetic pickup into a acoustic amp modeller won't sound that realistic. A piezo however (be it on electric or under saddle acoustic) into a acoustic IR (3rd party stuff, free on the internet), will sound downright amazing!
