My 1st Temp blanket was in linen stitch - instead of single color rounds, I did 20 stitches in the low temp and followed with 20 stitches in the high. I even threw a white sparkle yarn in between the low/high if we had snowfall . No weaving ends - simply knotted them in the back and lined it with an ivory flannel, hand stitching in place around the border and also hand tufting in corners evenly throughout. It’s so colorful - a manageable throw size. I’m doing granny squares this year, but I’m already planning on a linen stitch for next year year … in your month block style ❤️
So let me start by saying I have been crocheting on and off for about 15 years. I have not seen this stitch yet and now that have I’m in love with it! Also I really enjoyed your video. Sometimes I get confused trying to watch videos to learn new stitches and patterns but yours was simple and not confusing in the least. I will definitely be subscribing to your channel and watching more of your videos in the future!
Hmmmm...Do you have a timestamp? I am not sure exactly what you are referring to. When I attach on a new color, I attach on in a chain space, sc into the same space, then chain one and continue the pattern. I am always chaining over sc, and sc into chain spaces. I don't skip stitches bc yes, it would mess up the count on each side.
