Linhai 300. mud runner 2002 . Chinese quad. sort problems. valve adjustment. no spark. bad idle. 

I have 300 mountaineer 4x4 use to sell them put it together out of crate. never had to adjust valves. put better clutch on it and belt pulling heavy loads bad idea. They are not ment to haul my magneto went out after about 13 years. new spark plug cable. carb gets sketchy after time goes on but sounds crazy but air filter cover must be sealed and housing make sure its snug down no play good and tight to frame keeps vibration down and when i got my idle dialed in good i put glue or lock tight on idle screw to hold it in place. I agree wires are shit! i removed blinkers horn and put can am switch box on handlebar to minimize. wires and better made only 15$ made room for winch control on right side. had mine since 2005 maybe 2006 runs as good as new

Thank you for this video... Just adjusted the valves but still having some issues. I noticed at 9:03 there is a black hose going to the carburetor that is completely missing on my quad. If you happen to know where the other end goes would be really helpful. :)

i would really appreciate it if you could make a video showing the routing of the vaccum lines. i brought a 05 and it somewhat disassembled and i cant find how it is supose to be routed.
