it's likely in game, You can refresh hearts on any chair you sit on. The game likely treats it as a normal Chair but adds the flushing noise as soon as link gets up.
Yes this is canon in the game. I don't use mods and there are no edits other than me putting the two clips together because the switch can only record 30 seconds at a time. It's a fun little detail for free hearts and the flush at the end just makes it so much better.

I'm on ly first playthrough and was wondering about the purpose of sitting 😮😮😮 I was like ainnt no way they pyt all those chairs everywhere for no reason, I thought it would fill up stamina quicker but it was health all along 😂😂😂
