Just to be clear, this is a great video for linking Sections, but the title of your video is misleading as your are not linking Courses

What does your gradebook look like when you link courses? Does it mix your two groups of students together? Also, how do you use your Homeroom course? Thank you for sharing all these tips and info!

Hi Kelly! Your gradebook still separates your classes. You will be able to toggle on the top between both classes so you can see both. Also, I will be doing a video on what I use my homeroom course for when I get my courses for the year! I will video my set up!

When I link my course sections, I cannot put them in the correct order. I am choosing Section 1 as the master, I click sections 2, 3, and 4 in that order and no matter what I do, Schoology puts them in 1, 3, 4, 2 order. I really want th drop down menus to be in numerical order. Any ideas on how to achieve this?

As a middle school teacher, I have sections that meet on different days. I have been trying to work through the grades with this, but wondering if you have any suggestions. I have been able to successfully set it up so that the assignments on A days are not seen by B days, but when I sync to eschool, I see all of the unpublished grades for the other day. My students do not see this, but I do. I have not been able to find a solution to this. Do you have any suggestions?

Once you have class sections linked, is there a way to post to only one section?

YES! When you post anything there will be an option to only choose one section or both.

When the courses are link does it populate members of both classes?

There is a drop down where you can choose which section of the course to look at. The students enrolled in the specific section stay in that section.

I need to be able to link COURSES which I don't think is possible. For example, I have four courses for my first-period kids. It's insane.
