@Chân lý X If you can't find an option to delete, you can restore to default. I think F9 is the shortcut key to it. Refer bottom of your screen.

After I have dual booted ubuntu successively with windows my grub is not showing, it is directly opening windows 10 after restart from whichever be the os(I.e if I restart from windows or if I restart from ubuntu ) But I am able to see the grub after I have shut down the pc, I am not able to choose the os from the grub after restart. Thought I was going to find the fix for my issue here but unfortunately this doesn't help me. I've got 2 separate NVMe SSD's in my laptop, one has Windows 10 and the other has Ubuntu on it, everything was working fine until I updated my UEFI BIOS, I put all the settings back to how the were which was just disabling secure boot, but I am unable to select my Ubuntu drive at all in the BIOS or via the boot menu, I can boot into a Live USB drive just fine and I can see the drive with Ubuntu on it in the terminal, but for some reason the update to the BIOS made the 2nd drive unbootable. Do you have any idea why this happened and how I can fix it? Thanks.

Bro i have nvme drive and mint installed. Problem is that it not booting talke lot of time in mint logo and enter into tty shell to login after few seconds it gotta blank and screen is fully black with the cursor blinking. What do i do now... While booting the system booting setparams window by pressing the key "e" and changed "ro quiet splash" to "rw quiet splash" then only work. what actually happening. I have just bought a new Acer - I have ubuntu on a USB. My Acer is still in the box. How did you install Neon without going into the BIOS in the first place and at least changing the boot sequence to get a USB option - or does the UEFI even let you do that?

In my case I had already installed neon by changing the boot sequence, but after installation it was not booting. In this video am showing how to fix that. I had already installed neon before taking this video in this laptop.

@@HighbrowDirector great, thanks for your reply. I've only messed with UEFI+linux twice - a half botched dual boot and then a complete wipe of a bricked windows laptop. Both work quite well. I'll try the boot resequence to USB first then come back to your video if that works!

You may have a different problem, try changing harddisk format (MBR or GPT) and reinstall. Make sure your installation completed successfully. If only one error related to grub, you can try the above mentioned method

I think the error you are talking about is about virtualization and not an issue for booting the USB or DVD. Make sure your bootable device is actually bootable, by inserting it into a different device. Also, try changing the boot mode UEFI to Legacy, or vice-versa. Some older device doesn't support UEFI.
