Taken from the album "Power Love". This is the version that was used on "Friday The 13th: The Final Chapter". The audio comes from lossless source (16-bit WAV), so watch it on 1080p if you want the best sound quality.
@@FarmersAreDummiesIt's a minor miracle that they were able pull off a legit solid relationship between a pair of teenagers amid the slasher cliches...
At70085 Aj I've got both versions of this song. This version when it is slowed down and The other version from the movie when it's in its regular tempo.
Light, light is on your side Now there's no place to hide The fantasy inside To you it's just another game But will the score remain the same When tomorrow you don't remember my name Just cause you play it cool Don't think you got me fooled Tonight, alright Don't ask me to stay Don't think you got it made No, no You're wrong Cause you can't fake it anymore I know what you are waiting for I should turn away and walk right out that door Because I know Love is a lie With that look in you're eye You threw it over the skies Love is a lie It's something you can't deny so baby, why even try You're used to getting your way Not tonight No way Not today Im not another of your one-night stands Im not another of your so called friends This is where the party ends Cause you can't fake it anymore I know what you are waiting for I should turn away and walk right out that door Because I know Love is a lie With that look in your eye you threw it over the skies Love is a lie It's something you can't deny So baby why even try Ohhh /Music/ Love is a lie With that look in eye (you threw it away) Love is a lie (ohh baby tell me why) Love is a lie (with that look in your eye) Love is a lie (can't you see that im hurting inside) Love is a lie (you thinkin of messing my heart) Love is a lie (ohh baby) Love is a lie (ohh can't you see you're living a lie) Love is a lie (ohhh) Love is a lie (you thinkin of messing my heart)
Let me type it into the old computer. It says, it says you're a dead fuck. A dead fuck! A lousy lay, you know a dead fuck. Oh I know give it to me straight! I didn't say it the computer did. Great stuff!
This band should've been huge. Glad Doug Aldrich went on to bigger and better things and got recognition he deserved in Dio, Whitesnake, Burning Rain, Dead Daisies, and Revolution Saints!
I'm a bigger Halloween and Elm Street fan but I fucking love this movie. Jimbo and Teddy Bear could have made a great comedic duo long past their few scenes here.
Hey, part five isn't nearly as bad as people say it is. It has good entertainment value, some memorable characters, and creates most of the cliches associated with the franchise (I.e the 'slow killer reaches fast victim', 'signature machete weapon', 'mischievous teens who do hard drugs and have pre-marital sex'.) It also took a chance and tried something new; not having Jason. Something that part IV assured the viewer they would see in the sequel setup. But Jimbo's dance is still superior to Violet's. Hands down.
@@BurgertubeFounder sorry man but as someone who recently rewatched the movie, (or at least the version I watched) was too bogged down by the highly edited kills due to MPAA meddling and some less than memorable characters and a Jason with a far FAR to lack luster reason for killing
@@Bouncingballwilly jaja that's true, BUT based just on the two movies, we have proof that Jimbo had sex with one of the twins and she thought he was geat, while Violet didn't have sex in Part 5 so we don't know how good she is... fun fact but true
This actually is the original version. It's the one that appears on Lion's EP, "Power Love" (1986). The one you guys are referring to as the "real version" is the re-recorded version from their album, "Trouble in Angel City" (1989).
@@skinnydipper9 I like the, "Hey, Ted, where the hell is the corkscrew?" scene. To be honest I enjoyed the whole movie! This one in particular had to be the scariest Friday movies, and Ted White did a amazing job at Jason. What made it better was it had Crispin Glover and Corey Feldman in it too. Do you have any other favorites besides this movie? My other favorite is Jason Lives.
I had a feeling this song in the film was like a demo or early version of it cause it is way different from the one on the Band's album "Trouble in Angel City"
Shpadoinkle That's because the back in black album is one of the best albums of all time and it's #2 on the chart of the highest selling album of all time next to pink floyd dark side of the moon.
Devyn Phillips it's also very overrated and definitely not the best AC/DC album regardless of sales. The title song is one of the most overplayed, shitty songs ever. Thankfully they put the Lion song in the Film. Sure, in 1984 it wasn't as overplayed but nowadays it definitely is.
