@@Nuts568 i'm not sure but you might be talking about Squidward (the blue octopus), right? Or .. wait, could it be the guy at that convention who got stung by the evil looking jellyfish "Big Lenny"?
@@gizmop0ny well, that's not the point right here. They can only sting if you get to close and in contact with their tentacles. It's not like they would hunt you or throw punches or bite or throw their tentacles at you. You understand the meanikng of attacking right? Jellyfished do not attack, they just catch their food or protect that way.
@Laura Garside this gives me anxiety too, imagine you are just swimming in the ocean like you always do, everything is blurred out, then you hear a strange noise, what is it? A crazy huge jellyfish by the name of a Lion’s mane. (Omg I wonder if it stings if it does, witch it probably does, imagine how painful it could be!
Nobody will probably see this but 2yrs ago when I was 9/10 I was scuba diving off the coast of Tunisia and we were hanging off of a bit of a cliff, sitting on edge, feeding the fish and whatnot and I look down. And there was a MASSIVE jellyfish there and it was like 12ft or about 3.5m down and it still looked huge. And I finally found what has been bugging me for ages. I would wonder constantly about what it was, whether I had found a new species but nah just this big fella.
You likely saw a large sea nettle. They are one of the big guys, with very powerful stings. The jellyfish like the one in the video (also there are nearby moon jellies which i wouldnt count) are restricted to colder waters such as canadian or european waters.
The meaning of life is to be reconciled to God through the sacrifice of His Son Jesus Christ :) true life is to know Jesus and be known by Jim, and that’s done by repenting of our sins, trusting in Him with all our heart, being baptized in His name and living for Him for the rest of our life. God bless you :)♥️
@@faustinem9071 k but that jellyfish is alive and doesn’t have the capacity to dedicate its life to anything other than following its biological programming
@@PsychicSploob Because that jellyfish wasn't made in the image of God, it doesn't have morals, a sense of justice, the notion of good and evil.. However we are made in God's image and we do have this unique consciousness which separates us from the whole creation. This is why we're held accountable for our sins and animals aren't. :)
GS NeonExGaming Actually the blue whale is still the biggest marine animal, though some LMJ’s can grow longer than blue whales. To be the biggest, you have to account mass as well, not just length.Sorry to burst your bubble, but felt like I needed to let you know just in cause you didn’t.
you can see that there is a lot of other “clearer” jelly fish around kinda like a gang of jelly fish, also I definitely heard him wince maybe from a sting (they, after all we’re all around him)
I know I’m quiet late but during level 2 quarantine my local pools have been closed so my swimming club have been training in the ocean. We were about halfway through our 5 Km swim when we swam over top of one of these. It was about 2 meters. Below us and was absolutely huge.
