I just wanted to drop a comment saying that IT WORKED. I was struggling for an hour and had about 4% charge. I played all kinds of videos with audios that claim to get the water out but nothing worked until I used a blow dryer and it finally started charging without the message. I am so grateful to you. Thank youuuu.
Thanks it worked. For those of you wondering, I will tell you the steps for the charging to function. •pull out the lightning cable and shut down your phone •then once shut down, use a blow dryer and blow dry the speakers and the lightning port for two minutes. • after this, turn on your phone and try charging it, let me know if it worked.

@@cleora2807 yeah well this solution is really popular and the problem can be there after you wipe your phone with alcohol and the seal on the phone just cannot handle thermals from a hair dryer…… I guess if you use an air blower it shouldn’t really cause any trouble to the seal but really just be patient and wait 3min.😂
Had to come back and say thank you ! My phone was dropped in water at work last night, and wasn’t charging, connecting to my car, NOTHING. After I did what you said it worked ! Phone troubles are the worst so for this I thank you king 👑
Thanks so much for the tips! My phone is working now! I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max. I couldn’t find my hair dryer, so I turned off my phone and left it on an adjustable stand so it was completely vertical for about 10 minutes. Then, I formed a tissue into a long point and stuck it in the port as far as possible. I have a toy mini desk vacuum with usb. It’s the size of my hand and only good for cleaning keyboards and crumbs on a desk. It doesn’t have much power. While still holding the phone completely vertical, I suctioned the port for a few minutes, then I turned the phone back on and plugged a different charger into it. The error message was gone and my phone started charging again! It was raining the other day and I tried to protect my phone under an umbrella, but I guess some moisture must have gotten in. Whew! Your video was so helpful!!!!!! Thanks again!
i can’t even tell you how grateful i am for this video i would have been in so much trouble if i hadn’t been able to fix this THANK YOU SO MUCH THIS WORKS
Thank you sooooo much, i needed my phone for something important which is tomorrow and this saved me from having to go back and forth cant begin to explain how much i appreciate this video
I just wanna say THANK YOU SO MUCH! You've saved my iPhone 14! I accidentally dropped my phone into the sink. Apple says to not use a hair dryer, I was quite frustrated to find a solution to fix my iPhone without going to a repair shop with lots of money wasted so I founded this video (I did not listen to what Apple says about the hairdryer, so I used it in the lowest heat setting lol) and followed your instructions.
Tiny bit of water got into my IPad. For the past 2-3 days I am trying to charge it. Will not charge. Watched this video. I did the blow dryer for 5 mins. It finally charged!!! Thank you so much!
hello i have this problem just yesterday, my iphone never really gotten contact with water but the liquid detector suddenly appeared for the first time, so i let my phone air dry, and it charged to a 100% earlier so i thought it was a problem solved, but now it won't charge again and the liquid detector keeps appearing so is the problem my charger? cant really try it with other iphone chargers bc i only have one but i hope the problem is the charger. Update : so my iphone is charging normally then after a few minutes the light detector warning appears, so what i did is i took the connector out then plugged it in again, then it will either charge normally for a few minutes then the liquid detector would show up again, or the liquid detector warning would just appear and it won’t charge really annoying and frustrating.

@@RaniRani-zt2trthank u for the warning! as someone who just brought their phone into the shower with them and their phone is at 3% right now…. hopefully it won’t die in the time i leave it out 😂
I am facing this problem since last 20 days . I already have tried hair dryer trick and also rice bag trick . But still this notification pops up whenever i try to put my phone on charge.
Thank you so much!!! I was freaking out I left it outside for about 45 mins was playing baseball and I tossed it in the grass like a dummy. Came back inside to charge it and it gave me that error message ! Thank you IT WORKED !!! 🙌🏻
I did the hard reset and it seems to finally be charging again without any problems. My phone wasn’t even wet in the first place and I kept getting that warning every single time for the past hour and a half. I tried sticking a tissue in there, powering off and on, and the problem still persisted. I hope that now after doing the hard reset, it wont happen again. I got an iPhone 13
You phone is ok now?? After hard reset?? I am facing the same problem. My phone was not wet. Still getting the same warning and tried all the tips ans tricks but still same problem.
Just dry it with paper towel inside, and after turn on the stove burner medium heat and keep a distance with 3 ft or 4 from the phone with 10 mins the warm air will dry it and will work or hair dryer!
Thank youuuuu 🎉 i did everything, including the trick with rise, nothing works until this video. I read the comms here but i was not sure will work. But try it guys, this saved my holiday! Thx man! Congrats! Working ln iphone 13 pro.
Thank you so much. Tip:if after all those steps didn’t work play a “sound to get water out of charging port…” video on full volume for a while then the alert will say “this may take several hours” after it’ll probably be fixed
It really worked, 🥳 I bought my iphone 14 plus a month ago, it got drenched in rain. I tried to protect but failed, I just checked your video and started doing the process just like you said. It really worked. Phone got fixed after the 1st process!!! OH MY GOD!! THANKS A TON!! 🙌
Thank you love the 5 mixture blower worked. I bought my iPhone 14 plus 2 months ago and I spilled water in my bag. I tried rice but vane across your channel. You are a life saver darling.
It work guys!!!, basically power your phone off and blow dry your charger port on COOL and make sure to move the blow dryer around for 5 minutes the last minute hold it straight . Then let the phone sit up for 10 minutes then it should charge 🙂

You guys are my favorite resource of all possible subject matter so thanks for such helpful info. If I want to attempt to clean debris from the input port anytime is a pipe cleaner a suitable "tool"? My water eject shortcut reports that the water was ejected successfully each time use it but still received water detected warning when I insert lightening cable so would the water eject shortcut failing to fix be an indicator of anything??
Tysm I was panicking about this when I found this video my iPhone 12 out of nowhere just showed the notification but I followed all the instructions and it worked
No need to turn off there is sensor that detects the water even a drip. Dry it with paper towel and hair dryer after for 15 min and will start charging without a problem! Done it lots of times!
My phone suddenly started showing the errorand I never moved it close to water. It's showing the error everytime I plug in a charger cable without even plugging it to a power source but my earphones works with the same port without complain. I use an iPhone 12

Hmm. I was watching the video on my iPhone and was following along….i dismissed the notice and immediately turning my phone off…well, I guess you can say that fixed it…the phone is OFF and no more signal. Good one.

@@Lolguy9190pwell then you can put it in a moisture removing oven thing that dry it up or just play some games and it should work after it’s warm up and if none of these work then after these you can (at your own risk) push the emergency override button and just hope that nothing shorts out
You saved me! This actually worked! I was seeing too many videos and I was so stressed, then I used your tips and surprisingly it all worked ☺️ Thank you so muchhhh
This issue happened to me several times. The reality is, there is no water at all in the phone . The problem is the charger, if it is a third party and not Apple made original charger. this water issue will continue popping up. The best solution is to buy white original Apple Charger not the third party. I think the Apple Company realized the unlicensed third party charger manufacturer and than the Apple finds way to block them.
They block unlicensed chargers by just not allowing them to charge your iPhone without leaving a possibility to emergency override. So this is not true
Another tip that helped me was leaving my phone in my car when it was hot asf outside. Left it in there while I was at work and came back and it worked.
thank you so much, i tried this technique and it worked! at first i was a bit skeptical but i thought i’d give it a try and it really did the trick so thank you once again. :D

I was really worried about this, because even after doing all of this, the warning kept showing up. (My phone was 3%). All you need to do is: turn off your phone and let it in the front of a fan for 15-30 minutes (the wind must go towards the charging port) It is important to know that every situation is different from each other, and there may be more or less water inside of the port, so keep searching for different ways to solve the problem, and if nothing works, send your phone to a reliable repairing assistance. I hope this comment helps you.
