I use the nama cold press juicer. Best purchase i made after years of using the fast motor juicer and loosing all the nutrients in the left over pulp.

I love your juice recipes because I have just decided to go meatless for a while and go veggies for as long as I can. Trying to loose weight and get healthy. I must say that it is hard at first because I do crave meat. But yesterday I made your vegetable soup with just the veggies that I had in the house and it came out delicious. I love these videos! I tried watching other people's videos on juices or smoothies and I can't pay attention to theirs for some reason, I can pay attention to yours. I'm type 1 diabetic 24 yrs now, and I tell ya, I need all the vitamins and nutrition I can get. I done did some damage to myself over the years eating unhealthy. Idk nothing about beets, I read its good for the eyes and bilberry. Amazon has the powder kinds and idk what I'm doing when it comes to juicing haha

Buy a Chinois ...it's used to strain fine soups....put the juice in there instead of that bag and whisk gently....then let it sit so most of the juice will come out....watch a vid on how they do soups for guidance

Centrifugal and masticating are both needed....i have the one you have in this video, i use a blender and i also use one called the Beast

The Kuvings Auto 10 juicer was game changer for me and they support creators which im at not , Its very expensive but the quality is top tier with zero bubbles.

I will def try it out. I personally don’t like the foam. Too thick for me

I am confused))) You peel the tangerine and not peel grapefruit???? Girl, the skin on the slices is bitter, what the outside skin would taste like?) I recommend slow juicer by Hurom.

centrifugal - "sin-tri-few-gal".....just means it spins out from the center....you probably used centrifuges in high school science classes
