Deathandbey0nd as cool as it would be, it wouldn’t be an efficient way of cooking the turkey, as we cook things at a certain temperature so as they don’t burn before they have time to cook inside. So yeah, the turkey would be blackened outside, but raw as fuck inside.

There actually is a method of body disposal similar to cremation developing that uses this. The hip name is "Promession" (TLDR: It L-N2 Freezes the Body, Shakes it to Powder, and Gives You Freeze Dried Powder for a Low Depth "Natural Burial")

I agree with Allen, this is the best real world recreation of the sci-fi trope of exploding frozen solid flesh I've seen. I've seen many videos similar, but this had the most Hollywood result. It would have been interesting to have seen if there was a difference between if you dropped a drum stick in the dewar, vs pouring it in a makeshift containment

Pro tip Freeze Turkey like this grind into a fine powder put it into the freezer and now if you want to add some meaty flavor for something just put in the Turkey powder
