don't know, but I think it's to due with the order of picking up stuff. If you first pick up the pipes connecting the tank, then the liquid has nowhere to go. And it might be that it only can escape to just next to the tank you pick up, and a pipe is too small to fit an entire tank (but it's been a long time, i forgot what exactly happens)
@@arrowinmygluteusmaximus When I discovered this behavior, I experimented to find the limits. Fluids only top off immediately adjacent boxes. Any remains that don’t fit there are lost.
